Sea views Enchanting country house in an exclusive area recently renovated with a nice mediterránean style. next to a protected natural park and with fabulous views to the sea, this country house is ideal to enjoy the tranquility and nature. In the ground floor we find a reception from which we access to the fully fitted kitchen, a double bedroom with en suite bathroom, and a large lounge and dinning area with access to the front terraces that enjoy the most beautiful country and sea views over the Bay of Puerto Pollensa. On the first floor we can find 2 double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. From one of the bedrooms we can access to a balcony terrace with views up to Formentor! Surounded by gardens and terraces the house has a pool of 3 x 10 meters long ideal for swimming! it also have central heating and its own well. Bookinghighly recommended!

In need of some loving care

Beautiful on the outside- very private beautiful garden ,pool and terrace. Quiet rural location in lovely peaceful countryside . Full sun all day in the property so outside perfect. Inside has a very small basic kitchen and extremely tiny bathrooms Bedrooms ok but beds not very comfortable. Living room good but decor and furniture not as in the photos. Doors have a lot of glass- not great if it’s windy- we were always worried in case they got smashed in a draught The shutters kept banging in the wind In general a lovely house which is in sad need of some love- it could be much better but we still enjoyed our stay

It was a great oportunity

It was a great house for a Family vacation time. The host was excellent, super pending during all our stay. She gave us really good advise where to go with kids, best beaches, etc. The house has everything that you need to feel in a great hotel (clean and super nice, my wife loved it!) and also at home. I have already referr 2 friends an I would defenetly go back

Wonderful villa and location

I have spent a wonderful holiday with my husband and 2 children the villa was very clean and well prepare with a wellcome pack too the location was fantastic at only 10 min drive to the best beaches of Port Pollesa and Alcudia The views from our bedroom were stunning and the area is very quiet too Highly recommend it Maria was always fast to respond to our enquires

Erholung garantiert

Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist sehr zwäckmäsig und komfortabel. Wunderschönes Anwesen in Naturschutzgebiet, toller Pool, Privacy. Gute Lage für Ausflüge. Regelmäßiger Besuch einer Katze, die aber überhaupt nicht aufdringlich war.
