A stone's throw from the structure is the Norman Swabian castle with its Archaeological Museum and the historic center. the two-room apartment is characterized by ribbed and barrel vaults typical of popular housing in southern Italy of the 19th century. The rooms have been completely renovated leaving nothing to chance. The original doors have been recovered, some of the furnishings, from the sideboard to the door of the compartment where the well was, have started to "live" with all the load of their history.
