4 person holiday home in Silkeborg-By Traum

Holiday home located high in beautiful nature with a view of Himmelbjerget from the ground. The house is located in the woods on a large plot, where you can be totally undisturbed all day. The cottage is simply furnished with the necessary necessities for the holiday. There is a small dinghy, which is located by its own boat bridge by the lake. In the small shed there are oars and life jackets. (note: use is at your own risk / insurance). There is a swing. There are several golf courses in the area. Not for rent to youth groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters

The description of the place was extremely misleading.

The fetching and returning of keys in a remote location is totally ridiculous. Why don’t you use key boxes. Saves everyone time. The description of the place is extremely misleading,it’s not by the lake at all it’s near but not as reading it , at the bottom of the garden. Most disappointing. House itself is fine, but could do with a little maintenance done on it. Alexander was amazing and extremely helpful. He is very conscientious and so willing to help in anyway. All being said , we had an enjoyable time there

Het huis is zoals in de tekst van Belvilla vermeld ‘outdated’ maar functioneel. In de douchecabine zat echter op verschillende plaatsen schimmel. Het huisje is niet geïsoleerd; dit heeft in de zomer behoorlijke consequenties, mede door de forse bomenkap waardoor er weinig schaduw meer is rondom het huisje. In de tekst wordt gesuggereerd dat het huisje vlak aan het water ligt met eigen steiger en boot. In werkelijkheid ligt het huisje minstens 1 km van het meer en hebben we de steiger en boot niet kunnen ontdekken. Conform boeking zouden we vanaf 9 uur ‘s ochtends in het huisje kunnen. In werkelijkheid ging het elektronisch slot van het sleutelkastje pas om 16 u open. De bereikbaarheid van Belvilla zowel Nederland als Duitsland is bijzonder slecht. Uiteindelijk hebben we telefonisch contact gehad met in eerste instantie Belvilla Duitsland. Daarna met het DAN Center en die konden ook niks voor ons betekenen. Uiteindelijk via klantenservice van Belvilla Nederland zijn we terecht gekomen bij de nood lijn.. Medewerker heeft onze opmerkingen (zie relaas hierboven) genoteerd en beloofd hier zo spoedig mogelijk op terug te komen. We hebben gedurende de week van ons verblijf tot op heden (we zijn nu kleine week thuis) geen terugkoppeling van Belvilla ontvangen. Kortom; @ verblijf in het huisje 3 sterren op een schaal van 5. @ service van Belvilla 0 sterren.
