Here, the sea is everywhere. It fills the apartment, colors the walls, accompanies your gestures. It offers suspended naps, star filled nights, and mornings where the world suddenly feels softer. The light shifts, glides, dances — a permanent, intimate, almost secret spectacle.
A private staircase leads directly to the beach, the Nautical Center, the Sailing School, and the pier for Bréhat and the Seven Islands bird sanctuary. Behind the Residence, the Coastal Path opens like an invitation toward Ploumanac’h and its giant pink granite sculptures shaped by the wind.
La Roseraie and its peaceful tropical garden overlook the sea. Private parking under the palm trees, a storage room for bikes and nautical equipment — everything is designed to make your stay unique, incomparable, enchanting.
