#FLH - Amethyst Villa - Afitos Hidden Gems

Our Amethyst Villa has been designed and decorated in a truly elegant and tasteful manner. This spacious 3-bedroom villa is located in one of the most beautiful sites in the first peninsula of Halkidiki, in a very well-cared complex. It is located on the top of a small hill, offering amazing view over the gulf of Toroneos.

On the ground floor there is a double bedroom, a bathroom equipped with a large lower level tub and a spacious and luminous living room with a sofa across the fireplace and flat screen TV. Kitchen is attached to it with a large dining table with space for 6 people and is fully equipped with all essential appliances. Front patio offers this amazing sea view, and guests can relax either on the chairs or sunbeds.

On the upper floor there are two bedrooms. Bedroom I has a double bed and its own balcony, and bedroom II is the spacious master bedroom with queen-bed, offering direct access to a large veranda where guests have the best panoramic sea view of the whole complex. Additionally, there is another bathroom with shower cabin on this floor.

Safety first! The complex has a 24/7 guard and there is a gate that works for our guests safety. Within the boundaries of the complex children are more than welcome to run around and play on their own. We only recommend parents to keep an eye for younger ones, as there are 3 swimming pools, and some steep parts being next on a hill.

This villa offers lots of private grass area ideal for younger children to play. There is also a children's pool attached next to the normal pool.

Please keep in mind that the swimming pool is in use from mid-June to mid-September only and is not heated.
The small private bay at the bottom of the hill is always accessible through some steep steps (though not recommended for mothers with babies, very young children or the elderly).

We kindly ask you to:
– respect the non-smoking policy.
– take your rubbish out on a daily basis. Recyclables may be separated, gathered altogether in large bags and be thrown into large blue bins located all around the main highway of Halkidiki.
– keep it quiet during midday (15:00-17:30) and after 23:00.
– save resources, both water and electricity. Please think in a more sustainable way and do not let water running useless or the A/Cs working while balcony doors are open.
