Squirrel Barn is a very beautiful and very friendly hi-spec barn conversion. Winner of multiple awards. Designed for families, children, pets and parties, max sleep 14. Hi-speed wifi, 7xTV+ Firesticks, 6 bedrooms + 1 sofa beds, 2 bathrooms, extra beds for big parties. Kitchen/diner/family room for 14 with TV and cinema surround sound, bluetooth, karaoke and Alexa. VERY CHILD/PET FRIENDLY, large gardens and terraced patio, wood fired hot tub always hot, fire pit, BBQ, secure child garden and sand pit, swings, slides, darts, basketball, zip wire, extensive toys and garden games for all ages including adults. Very close to the Green Man, award-winning rural pub, pet and child friendly, does takeaway stone-baked pizza:) Also has a small very good restaurant. Squirrel Barn is exceptionally well equipped, quite hi-tech with the emphasis being kitchen facilities and garden facilities for all ages. The gardens are always lit at night, with patios and furniture, wood fired hot tub, fire pit, badminton, darts, basket ball, zip wire, swings and slides, sand pit, buckets of toys and games for all ages, inside and outside.

Great quirky house!

Great house for a big group (we were 6 adults and 6 teens). Plenty to do, zip wire and hot tub were great! David was very helpful.

Amazing place!

Stayed at squirrel barn as a group of 11 adults for my 40th birthday. What an amazing place! Communication was brilliant throughout the whole process. David met us when we arrived and was so helpful and friendly. The accommodation was perfect, it had everything we needed and more! Everyone felt at home, really enjoyed the hot tub and there were plenty of beds, towels, etc for everyone. Such a relaxed and fun place to stay. We cant wait to return with our children as we know they will absolutely love it too! If you are considering staying here, definitely do it, you wont be disappointed!

40th Birthday Celebration

The cottage is quirky and ideal for a group of friends to celebrate together. Prior to checking in, David could not have been more helpful, answering every question and arranging for some of us to get there early and decorate the house. We had a fab time relaxing in the hot tub and chatting around the huge table listening to music. I would definitely recommend Squirrel Barn to others.

The location was amazing. The property needs a good deep clean to get rid of cob webs, food spilage in the freezer and dusty skirting boards. The property does not have a bedroom with twin beds they are twin mattresses on the floor behind a curtain. The hot tub was dirty and not sure had H&S checks so didnt use it. The garden needed weeding and the grass cutting. The owner was very helpful and really goodxat tesponding to questions.

Great fun….

Well equipped, fun filled property. Ideal for friends and families to enjoy. Dog friendly too. Zip wire provided hours of fun and entertainment for teens and o50s alike!!

Squirrel Barn is most of all very friendly. I love having a holiday let and I love making my holiday let special. I hope the photographs of Squirrel Barn show how special to me that families, children, pets, parties, everyone, is always very welcome to stay here.

I have no advance restrictions for any guests. Squirrel Barn is extremely friendly, informal, but also very well quipped and very hi-tech. I have tried to make the kitchen equipment exceptional and the garden facilities for children and adults beyond exceptional. Only Squirrel Barn guests can comment and all references are freely available on all booking sites.

The hot tub is wood-fired and is always hot on arrival for all guests. The hot tub is extremely popular, in use very week of the year. The more wood, the hotter it gets:) This is great for children earlier in the evening, then the grown ups can chuck in more wood and boil:)

I am always available and I am very happy to assist and advise all guests on anything at all. Members of staff are also always available, although mostly I will respond and resolve any problem or advice. Guests are welcome to do their own thing, but always have extensive support for anything.

Squirrel Barn is extremely friendly, well equipped and very hi-spec, designed for families, children, pets, and parties. We have free high speed WiFi in all areas including the gardens. The wood fired hot tub is always hot for all new guests, and guests can easily vary the temperature.

We have a children's garden with huge sand pit, swings, slides, toys. There is the main garden with fire pit, toys, badminton, zip wire, basket ball, darts, swing ball, megablasters, buckets of games for adults and children.

The property is maintained in very good condition and professionally cleaned after all guests.
