This stunning villa is situated approximately 4 km from Nerja and 2 km or a short walk from the village of Frigiliana.
Le Parra Pequena, has spectacular views of the sea, mountains and village of Frigiliana. The Villa is fully furnished and well equipped with 2 bedrooms (Double and Twin rooms sleeps 4), a main bathroom with a bath and separate shower, an open plan kitchen with a hob, oven, microwave and fridge (Washing machine and Freezer in outside utility cupboard). A living area which has patio doors onto the large private terraced and pool area. The swimming pool is 8m x 3m, depth 1m to 2m and roman steps. The Villa has its own private driveway with gates leading to the Villa. Part of two Villa's at the property both having separate entries and large terraces with private pools and grounds.

We purchased the Villa in 2018 after renting it for a family holiday back in 2017. We rented both La Parra Grande and Le Parra Pequena due to lots of family joining us!
After years of trying to find the perfect holiday home in Spain we finally came across Frigilana. We love the fact that Frigilana still has a real Spanish feel to the area.
We were taken away by the beautiful villa with its stunning views of both the mountains and the sea. The Villa was everything we expected and more!
Another huge bonus for us, is that Sierra Nevada is only an hour and a half away, which means we can be up in the mountains enjoying some time skiing on the slopes and be back on the beach that same day!!
