La Serena Residence & Farm with Heated Pool

Welcome to "La Serena Residence & Farm" in a family atmosphere. Enjoy your vacation in a quiet environment and enjoy many activities around your home.
It is the perfect vantage point to explore the Island and have also time for relaxation.
The house is 170sq meters, can accommodate 8 adults, has 4 bedrooms, 2 double beds & 4 single beds and 3 bathrooms. Is fully equipped with all the modern amenities and gym equipment as well. Outdoor Heated Pool.
Please, to prepare the heated pool, inform us before your arrival. The extra fee for the first 2 days is 50 euros per day and 30 euros per day for the following days.
The pool temperature can reach 3-4 degrees above the ambient temperature.

The house is located in "Kastelakia", a suburb of the city of Rethymno, 4 minutes drive from the beach and 5 minutes to the center of the city. A unique place for relaxation, calmness, and serenity will provide you with a restful stay after your explorations.

The yard around the residence is full of trees, fruits, herbs, and vegetables that you can collect and taste! You can visit our stable with 2 beautiful horses that you can feed them.
The friendly atmosphere and the good energy of the owners will make feel like your home!

The house is split level, at the ground floor there is a living room with a 50" inc TV, a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, fireplace, a bedroom, and a bathroom. On the first floor are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a very large patio/balcony that you enjoy the amazing view, and the gym equipment, including a training bicycle, a treadmill, a gym bench, TRX facilities, and some other training accessories. All the rooms have separate air conditioning cool/hot. And wifi is available free.
The house is also equipped with a coffee machine, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, clothes washer, safe box, hair-dryer, and baby cot.


Outdoor you can relax under the shades of trees drink your coffee during the day and use the barbecue facilities to cook and taste local products. We could also arrange for you local supplies with bio/organic meat & vegetables - super fresh- and take over the barbeque for you.
Rethymno will be a great experience for you.

Il proprietario e la moglie Eleni sono molto ospitali, la casa è molto bella e ben organizzata. La cucina è spaziosa e funzionale. Gli spazi esterni sono molto comodi per cenare. Per raggiungere la spiaggia occorre prendere la macchina, Le spiagge sono attrezzate e con poco si possono affitttare ombrelloni e lettini. Vacanza ottima e ristoranti indicati dal proprietario molto economici e pietanze ottime sia di carne che di pesce.

Villa fantastica

Abbiamo trascorso solo 5 giorni purtroppo in questa bellissima villa completa di ampi spazi sia all'interno che all'esterno. Non mancano infatti terrazzi, Palestrina all'aperto e giardino attrezzato con tavolo, barbecue e una fantastica amaca. Ma il valore aggiunto di questa casa, che dista veramente pochi minuti dal mare e da Rethymno, è la calda accoglienza di tutta la famiglia che instancabilmente si è prodigata per farci sentire a casa coccolandoci con mille attenzioni!! Consigliato a chi sia alla ricerca di una vacanza rilassante.
