Casa Brizia is a characteristic two-story apartment located in the historic center of Orvieto. It sleeps four people. From Casa Brizia you will have a characteristic view of the surrounding buildings. Casa Brizia is 60 square meters (645 square feet). It features winter heating.
You will be in a pedestrian precinct, in the historic center of Orvieto, a few steps from restaurants and shops. You will find the bus stop at 120 meters (390 feet). You will reach Casa Brizia from the street level going up an external stairway which consists of approximately nine steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Casa Brizia. If you do have one, you will be able to park it at approximately 500 meters (550 yards), free of charge in a reserved parking space. The parking space is suitable for at most one car.

You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table is a countertop with flap, and can accommodate two guests. The kitchen has a window with a view of greenery and of the surrounding houses.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.
First FloorBedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window with a view of the surrounding houses. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom through an access area. It has a single bed (80 cm/32 inches) and a pull-out bed to make it a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches). The room has a roof window.
