Apartma je lociran na mirni lokaciji blizu morja, ...
Apartma je lociran na mirni lokaciji blizu morja, vendar pa je slabo vzdrževan in higiensko na meji sprejemljivega (ob prihodu mastna/umazana pečica, umazana posoda, zamaščene ploščice oz. fuge med ploščicami v kuhinji ipd.). Uporaba žara nam ni bila omogočena "zaradi nevarnosti požara" (čeprav jih so v drugih nastanitvah v bližini normalno koristili). Mogoče je bil razlog ta, da se v sam dimnik požara zarašča vejevje ozelenitve na terasi...Apartma nima klime niti komarnikov. Sicer na strani tudi ni navedeno, da bi naj to apartma vseboval, pa vseeno- v letu 2022 tržiti apartma na morju brez klime je kot prodajati nov avtomobil z radijem na kasete... Žal, ker ima sam apartma velik potencial in se ga z malo truda in vložka lahko uredi v nekaj povsem drugega...
Lastnik oz. lastnica sicer izredno prijazna in ustrežljiva.
Naselje je majhno, brez veliko možnosti za sprehajanje. V bližini ni ne trgovine, ne bara ali restavracije, niti kakšnega avtomata za kavo ali okrepčilo. Torej, res mirno naselje, kar je sicer tudi nam všeč, da pa ne moreš otrok peljati niti na sladoled (ali iti na kavo/pivo...), pa je vseeno velik hendikep...
Obala divja z lepim peščenim zalivom (5 minut oddaljen od manjšega pristana v središču naselja), ki pa na žalost ni vzdrževan (naplavnjene smeti, brez košev za smeti ali druge infrastrukture), se pa med skalami pod borovci najde prijetne kotičke, kamor se človek umakne, kar je še poseben plus, v kolikor potujete s hišnim ljubljenškom. Voda ena čistejših, kar smo jih do sedaj videli na Jadranu.
Pod črto- mešani občutki, predvsem zaradi razočaranja glede neizkoriščenih potencialov...
