2 Bedroom Villa with Secluded Pool , Sea Views, Rooftop Jacuzzi and Sauna

This recently renovated villa is located in the Kiziltas district of Kalkan , approximately 2 Km from the centre of Kalkan, and has one double and one twin bedroom, and a capacity of 5 guests.

The thorough renovation has included the installment of a roof top jacuzzi and a sauna, making this a more luxurious option for small families or couples. The pool is some 7 x 4 metres and has a depth if 1.6 metres, and for those guests looking for a high degree of privacy it has a curtain system which can be open or shut according to our guests desires.

Villa has Sauna. But it is extra fee. If you would like to use it, for one hour, 1000 TL.

There is a shady alfresco dining area with a stone-built barbeque in the garden, for guests to enjoy outdoor living in a comfortable environment.

The ground floor accomodation comprises of a lounge, kitchen , and communal w.c. The double and twin bedroom are on the first floor, both having the use of a large communal balcony with sea views, and en-suites bathrooms. The sauna is located on the top floor, where there is also a small kitchen area, access to a roof terrace with panoramic sea views, dining area, sunloungers and a beautiful double jacuzzi.

The villa is fully air-conditioned, has wi-fi internet and adjacent car parking. The nearest grocers shop is some 500 metres from the villa. It is an easy a walk to the centre of Kalkan but due to the hilly nature of Kalkan many guests may prefer to take one of the local taxis for the return journey.
The nightly rates shown are based on a minimum of 7 nights occupancy. Accordingly please note that for reservations of 4 nights or less there is an additional charge of 4000 Turkish Lire for cleaning of the villa , payable in cash on arrival .
