The living area includes a fully equipped kitchen and a separate living room both overlooking the canal. The living room features a dining table, a large sofa and a design wardrobe. The sleeping area includes a double bedroom with a wardrobe and a room with a bunk bed, a desk and a wardrobe. The bathroom has been restored with a large shower for maximum comfort. An additional comfort is a private laundry room at ground floor equipped with wash basin, iron, ironing board and clothes horse facilities; this space can also be used as a luggage storage.

Location - The apartment overlooks a typical Venetian canal and the famous Arsenal museum and it is at a stone’s throw from the prestigious Venice Art Biennal. Its position is perfect to enjoy the many different flavors of Venice. It takes only a few minutes walking along the romantic and fascinating Riva degli Schiavoni to reach Doge’s Palace, the Bridge of Sighs and San Marco basin with its magic atmosphere and the fashion streets. At the same time it is close to the less known but authentic atmosphere of via Garibaldi with its fruit, vegetable and fish markets offering picturesque images from the past. In this area there are as well the most renowned hotels and restaurants where you can taste typical venetian and international kitchen. Easy to reach are also Murano, Burano and the Venice Lido, well-known for its amazing beaches and the internationally famous Venice Film Festival. The closest ferry stop are Arsenale and Giardini Biennale, from where you can reach the apartment without passing any bridge.
