This apartment was in the perfect location to explore Venice away from the crowds. It is close to a vaporetto stop and in the quiet Bienale neighborhood, surrounded by parks. The apartment was fine for two couples, with a comfortable living room and well equipped kitchen. We will be back!

Perfect location and beautiful apartment. As the other reviews stated the suite is in a nice quiet area however around the corner at the end of the street are many bustling restaurants. You can spend the day in the crazy busy streets then retreat to a quiet calm apartment.

Wonderful, modern, clean Venice home

Our group of 4 adults had a wonderful stay in Venice here and would return in a heartbeat! It has lots of comfortable, large beds, is clean, modern and even has a combo washer/dryer, not easily found in rentals here. The host, Eugenio, was very responsive and helpful. We strongly recommend it to others, especially if you value living in a more typical neighborhood, away from the intense touristy areas closer to the main tourism sites. There are plenty of amenities close by but the nearest streets are pretty quiet, with few pedestrians. There's a nearby boat veggie market and plenty of shops. It's quite near the Biennale and Arsenale areas, home of a huge, 7-months-long art exhibition (tip--in addition to the main exhibition halls, the Biennale includes dozens of mostly free "collateral" exhibits placed all over the city; just wander around and find them everywhere!).

Das Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Alles war schön, die Umgebung, die Größe des Hauses, die Ausstattung. Alles war top sauber. Eugenio ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber, der jede Frage schnell beantwortet. Der Check in war sehr gut vorbereitet und ging sehr einfach. Wir sind begeistert und empfehlen dieses tolle Haus auf auf jedenfalls weiter. Komme ich noch Mal nach Venedig, dann wieder in dieses Haus. :))

Tolle Wohnung in der ruhigen Gegend von Venedig

Die Wohnung war einfach prima - sehr geräumig, sauber, mit mehreren Annehmlichkeiten. Die betten sehr bequem, die gut ausgestattete Küche. Die läge einfach prima - nur Paar Minuten bis Giardini-Vaporetto Stop.Vielen Dank an dem Gastgeber und eine absolute Empfehlung!

L’appartement est spacieux, très agréable avec une bonne indépendance des chambres, dont les 2 salles de bain situé dans un quartier très agréable et moins touristique que d’autres quartiers avec encore des petits commerces.Je recommande vivement cette location. Eugenio est disponible lorsque vous avez une question. Seul point à améliorer: la gestion des poubelles. Peut-être avoir des informations plus précises concernant leur ramassage qui est particulier à Venise

Sehr schöne Unterkunft im Castello Viertel von Venedig

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in diesem ausgesprochen hübschen „town house“ im Castello in Venedig. Wir waren als Familie mit unseren fast erwachsenen Kindern hier und hatten reichlich Platz. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es alles was man braucht (Supermarkt, Metzger, Bäcker, Cafés und Restaurants). Perfekter Ausgangspunkt für die Biennale.

Lage und Quartier wunderbar

Wir waren (2 Personen) schon zum zweiten Mal in diesem Quartier und waren wieder begeistert. Lage: Man muss die Koffer über keine Brücke und auch keine Treppe hoch schleppen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und ruhig. Immer wieder gern. Brigitte

L'appartement est très spacieux et très bien situé dommage que la table pour manger ne comporte que 5 chaises et pas possible de l'agrandir. Au niveau de l'eau chaude c'est compliquer de se laver dans les deux salles de bain en même temps. Sinon, parfait, le propriétaire est très réactif.

alles wunderbar

die wohnung entsprach genau der beschreibung. sie ist sehr schön und es ist alles da, was man braucht. wir haben es genossen, dass die wohnung nicht direkt im zentrum liegt, so war es in der direkten umgebung auch sehr gemütlich und es war alles da vom gemüseboot, bäcker, metzger, fischladen, coop und diverse restaurants und andere läden. für uns genau perfekt.

Lovely place to stay for the biennale
