One bedroom, one Florida room with trundle bed.

Washer/dryer and all house amenities. Located in a private gated community with 2 large pools, 2 hot tubs, a gym, tennis courts , pickle ball courts, bocce courts, horseshoes, miniature golf & shuffleboard. Recreation Hall has pool table, ping pong and computer games. Nettles Island also hosts a cafe, general store & fine restaurant.

This property is PET FRIENDLY & so is our community.

Steps from the beach.... nice safe, friendly community with great amenities. Home had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Very clean and the owner is awesome. Would definitely stay here again!

Very relaxing stay!

We spent a wonderful twelve days in Nettles Island. The house very comfortable and clean. We found everything we needed right away. We enjoyed the time we spent there. Thank you to Delores for allowing us to share your little bit of paradise. We hope we can come again!

Wonderful Location, on the canal front on the Indian River.

Very clean, very attentive host that live five houses down the road. Community has a great two pools, one at the river side and another at the beach side with very nice pool attendants that greet you. Very quite community. Will stay again.

Wonderful Nettles Experience

The location was excellent. Sitting on the deck in the evening was relaxing. The owner was very warm and welcoming. We rented a golf cart & enjoyed all the amenities Nettles has to offer. It was a lovely vacation for me and my daughter.

This is one of my new favorite places to visit. Everyone is so friendly. Nettles Island is a secret paradise. The accommodations were super comfy and spacious, the park is clean and well maintained. We will definitely return.

Nice community

Great area for our visit. Just like the pictures only better. Enjoyed the Hot tub and putt. Putt. We even seen a rocket launch from this location. Having a washer and dryer was very helpful. Host was friendly and communicative.

This little house was well equipped with everything our family of 5 could possible need. Plenty of room and a great little dock in the back for relaxing or fishing. The kids loved riding their scooter and bike here on the quiet street and we enjoyed all Nettles Island has to offer. Dolores was very welcoming and attentive. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Relaxing Paradise

Great property on a relaxing island that has it all. Park the car and never leave! This is my second time staying here and I can't wait to get back. The owner is great and very hospitable. If you are thinking about booking - DO IT! You will not be disappointed.

We had a fabulous time at Nettles's Island! There were so many amenities! The house was well stocked with kitchenware, thick bath towels and beach towels. The bed was super comfy and huge! There were beach chairs,fishing poles,boogy boards and so much more!

A wonderful Place

If you have not been to Nettles Island Resort you need to stay here! This place has so many amenities to make your visit so much fun. It is only a short walk to the restaurant and store were you can eat n drink and purchase some groceries. The back deck on the water had a beautiful view of the sunset. Inside had a well stocked kitchen for us to cook breakfast. Our host was amazing. She was there to show us around. We would definitely come back!

Relaxing Stay.

Wonderful host who stop by to greets us and ensure all is good. Two pools that are heated, and one on the ocean side. Beach is beautiful and not crowded. Quite and friendly neighbors. The accommodation has comfortable beds, spacious for 4 adults, very clean and comfortable living room. Great air conditioning and refrigerator with ice maker. Will be back again.

Great Visit to Hutchinson Island!

I, my wife and our two labs thoroughly enjoyed our stay near Nettles Island. Our host Dolores was very accommodating and was always available to answer our questions. Her place is very comfortable and well furnished with access to many activities, beaches, restaurants, etc. We rented a golf cart to get around the community with our pups as well as the beach on the other side of Ocean Blvd. Highly recommended! We definitely plan on returning for another visit!

Awesome Hospitality

We were welcomed by the owner upon arrival. She was most gracious and attentive. She and her husband made our stay very pleasurable. The home was furnished with everything we could possibly need, very clean and very cutely decorated. There are many indoor and outdoor activities, a marina, boat rentals, bait shop, small grocery store, pool area with 2 Jacuzzis and a separate kiddie pool as well as a great restaurant. The fishing is great from the seawall at high tide😀

Comfortable

Such a comfortable welcoming home. The owner was there to welcome my husband and I. Also she welcomed our dog with a cookie and blanket for her to use. It has a relaxing deck over the water. Very quiet neighbor. We enjoy the Cafe on the island for our breakfast. You don’t not want to miss out of renting this home. We will be back.

Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Our main regret is that we didn't have more time to stay in this wonderful community of Nettles Island. They have tennis, pickle, boccie, horse shoes, hut tubs, two pools, one on the ocean, a marina, and much more. My young son even caught a catfish off the private deck in the waterway. The well maintained mobile home in this gated community was just what we needed as a stopping point near some of our snorkel/dive destinations. Dolores was very attentive to our needs.

Everything you need

Great location…literally across the street to a gorgeous beach. Rent a golf cart to get around the island and go to the beach. Owner has equipped the unit with EVERYTHING you might need…from beach towels to zip lock bags and everything in between! Washer/dryer was so convenient to have. Owner lives 5 houses down so always just a call away. Mosquitoes were horrible…bring bug spray! Pet friendly and island is pet friendly.

Amazing house on the canal!

My husband and I vacationed here with our two sons (6 & 3) for a week in June. It was beyond perfect! It's nothing fancy on the inside, but we couldn't have cared less! The location was beautiful on the canal with an awesome dock. Delores was an incredible host and allowed us to bring our 20 foot bay boat which we tied up to the dock for the week. Nettles Island and the surrounding area offers so many activities that we were barely there. The home was clean, extremely spacious, and could easily sleep 6. Delores was so kind. She met us there and made check in, our stay, and check out so easy. We rented a golf cart for the week which was so simple, and delivered right to the home. We highly recommend this beach house! It's all you'll need!

Cockroaches and not family friendly

You wake up the following morning to see cockroaches on the floors and piles of ants. I’m not picky with rental property’s but I’d have to say the experience was everything but pleasant. The home was filled with surprises such as someone else’s dirty clothes and cob webs in the laundry. Things were broken and the smell of the property was way below standards. I thought it would be kid friendly but I was sadly mistaken one of the major reasons because the place is falling apart such as the air conditioning that was on the floor and pieces detachable as if from a scary movie. Don’t bring your family here unless you all want to wake up with bug bites from mosquitos and ants. This was a huge disappointment!
