The charming villa Marija is located in Kaštel Stari, in sunny Dalmatia. Surrounded by rich greenery, it is the perfect vacation spot providing absolute privacy.

This beautiful villa consists of 2 different objects. The large house has 3 bedrooms, one of which is equipped with a double bed, one with two single beds while the last one has a bunk bed. The second house has one double bed and one extra bed for 2 people.There are also 2 bathrooms with a shower and one with a bathtub. Completing the interior offer of the villa are 2 charming kitchens, a dining room and a living room equipped with 2 fold-out sofas serving as extra beds for two people. This makes the house ideal for 8 + 2 guests.

With a living space of 116 m2, villa Marija is located on a fully fenced, 3800 m2 large plot. If it gets too hot, you can take a refreshing dip in the spacious swimming pool (60 m2), located in the beautifully landscaped couryard. Those in need of relaxation, have a whirlpool and a sauna at their disposal. There is also a children's whirlpool so the youngest guests can enjoy their stay as well. The entertainment offer of the villa includes a court for playing bocce (balote), a fenced mini-soccer field with artificial grass, 2 swings for children and one for adults who feel young at heart, a wood-fired oven for preparing pizzas and a separate barbecue area. There are 10 private parking spaces available for guests.
