Magnificent palace house located in the historic center of Cádiz. The house is located in a traditional building of bourgeois merchants of Cádiz of the XVIII century completely renovated so that you can have the necessary comforts for a pleasant stay.

The house has a spacious living room with fireplace, library, reading chairs and sofa and plasma TV, a fully equipped kitchen and separate dining room, a master bedroom with double bed and bathroom, two double bedrooms with 90 single beds cm and another bathroom. The building has an elevator, internet connection by WIFi and all the necessary amenities to rest and enjoy your stay in Cádiz.











The apartment is located on Cervantes street number 1, very close to the street Ancha and the main shopping streets of the city. It is about 15 minutes walk from the train and bus stations. It is located next to the Gran Teatro Falla and about 10 minutes walk from the beach of La Caleta, the only beach in the historic center of the city.











If you arrive by car it is possible to stop a few moments under the apartment to unload the luggage. The apartment in the historic center is complicated, being our recommendation that you park in the public parking of San Antonio, less than 5 minutes walking from the apartment.

This an ideal location next to cafe, restaurants and shops in old town Cadiz. Had a problem with the app for entering the property, this had been commented by previous users. General cleanliness ok, there was a major problem with ants throughout the apartment. We had to negotiate to get the apartment debugged and fully cleaned this was stressful, unacceptable and offered no support in terms of compensation. We would find it difficult to recommend this apartment.

Charm and Great Location

Overall everything was fine, altho' the remote access procedure was somewhat confusing but was eventually sorted. Strong points are charm and location. Quibbles: no egg lifter, poor coffee maker and poor corkscrew, lol. Otherwise, excellent and lovely place to stay.

Three travellers

The central location made the property perfect for all that Cadiz has to offer. We walked every where and the elevator in the building made ease of access convenient for elderly travellers. The apartment was spacious and airy although access to the roof terrace would have been a much appreciated benefit.

Elegant and comfortable!

Spent 11 days in this beautiful apartment. It was the perfect spot for two couples wanting comfort and charm. In addition it is perfectly located exactly in the center of the old part of Cadiz--walking distance from, well, everything! A pleasant extra, the rental agency that manages the hotel is a block away offering hospitable and thoughtful help whenever we needed it. Cadiz is a joy. We never tired of walking to the beach at sunset, walking to the market for cheese, walking to the many plazas for a coffee or tapas and people/flower watching. Who would guess it was winter when surrounded by greenery and colorful blooms. And the monuments are well worth the visit. We loved it all and were so grateful to return at nap time or after dinner to our lovely apartment.

great apartment, terrible access problems

The apt is huge, comfortable, in a perfect location. All advertising is correct. Big problem was electronic door locking system; requires powerful cell phone to connect with router in building, failed us three times and we had to be very creative to get in. The property manager comment that we just need to be patient is offensive. Canadian cell phones do not work in Spain and we cannot call for help. I rate the apt a 9 if the access is changed to normal key or code system; if the electronic access is kept I rate it a 6 and cannot recommend it. Also, the kitchen was well equipped but there was no salt or pepper or coffee etc. bare bones/.

Absolutely stylish

The apartment corresponds perfectly with the description. We were attracted by the lovely fotos of the flat and our expectations were more than fulfilled. Once we opened the heavy entrance door we were enchanted by the elegant marble patio and it’s exotic plants. After taking the elevator and upon entering we were met by a spacious and luminous hall, which led to several equally spacious rooms with very tasteful and stylish decor. Being only two people we almost lost our sense of orientation. Although the evenings can get quite chilly in Cádiz in winter, the flat had a cosy atmosphere, which was enhanced by the central heating. There were a few shortcomings though, which I almost feel ashamed to mention. One is the Wi-Fi which is working very poorly. We received the codes of two routers. One of them didn’t respond, the other had a very low transmission rate and the connection broke off ever so often. So I buried my plans to work and decided to enjoy the environment of the flat and the vibrant neighborhood thoroughly.
