In this bright newly built house you can enjoy a pleasant and quiet environment with views of the Betanzos estuary. The house was built 7 years ago with top quality finishes and is available in 3 levels and basement:

On the access floor are the fully equipped kitchen, a toilet and double height living room with fabulous views of the estuary and with direct access to the terrace and garden. In addition, from the living room you can access a spacious basement to which you can give different uses.

The first floor consists of the master bedroom with en suite bathroom and views of the estuary, three bedrooms, one with a terrace, and a bathroom. All rooms have fitted wardrobes.

On the second floor or under cover we find a large room with multiple utility options.

On the ground floor and with direct access from inside the house we find the large garage with capacity for two cars and laundry area.

casa excelente

La casa es muy amplia y muy acogedora. La casa tiene calidades muy buenas. El casero es muy amable. A nuestro grupo nos encanto la casa y seguro que repetiremos. Esta a 10 minutos de una calita muy agradable.

Turismo familiar

La casa es muy amplia y con muy buenas visitas a la Ría de Betanzos. Aunque la impresión que tengo es que la casa no está dedicada al 100℅, al turismo. Hechamos en falta un tostador, y el jardín no estaba cuidado para su disfrute, también le haría falta Wi-Fi. Por lo demás muy bien.

Bonita casa pero carencias

La casa es muy bonita, amplia, y bien situada. Pero hay cosas muy básicas que no tenía, y que requieren poca inversión: microondas, cafetera (la que había era horrible), tostadora, mamparas en las bañeras para poder ducharse de pie sin poner el baño lleno de agua), toallas de baño para cada huésped.
