Fabulous Property & Customer Care

We loved our stay! The highest compliment we can give is that the unit is an apartment in which we could see ourselves living. It’s clean, comfortable, contemporary, and full of light. The location in fashionable West Edinburgh was perfect for us. Within a few minutes walk are a number of popular restaurants and bars. Above all was the customer care. The property manager was great! With gracious hospitality, he emailed us tips for our stay in Edinburgh, welcomed us, offered assistance, and extended his gratitude for our business. That type of customer care is rare. We highly recommend this property for your stay in Edinburgh!

pros: great location, easy to get to sightseeing spots quickly, the zoo and Camera Obscura were particularly awesome maintenance crew responds within a few hours okay kitchen for cooking - induction hob only however cons: had an issue with pretty much everything in the house, some of the pans aren't even magnetic for the hob had the maintenance crew out 3 times in 5 days boiler failure modem failure smoke alarm failure bought the "fridge filler" pack and received bread, two apples and a bunch of bananas as well as two single serve pots of marmalade and butter... tea/coffee/sugar were all opened packets clearly left by the people before carpet stains broken telly do NOT sleep on the pull out couch bed, it will permanently alter your skeleton all in all, it does the job if you need somewhere to stay, but value wise this property is an absolute bust. would recommend the managers do an overhaul before charging as much as they do for this nonsense. ps. don't buy any of their pre-packages, the ~gin tasting experience~ turned out to be some mini bottles with some mini seltzers... i could Experience that in a corner shop.

A number of ssues that made it a disappointing choice

The apartment had a number of issues, including - a fire alarm that beeped for 3 days, not hot water for 24 hours, window in bathroom had no blind and the carpet in the bedroom was stained all over.
