Bella Vista Studio apartment stunning views

This is a first floor studio apartment with stunning views and outside balcony for alfresco dining, or just watching the sunset. It has a further family bedroom across the landing which has one double and two single beds sleeping 4 people, it has its own large bathroom with bath & shower plus table/chairs and small fridge.( this incurs additional cost) The main room is newly refurbished and is quite spacious with large double bed, fully equiped kitchen area with fridge/freezer. Shower room ensuite. Comfortable sofa with tv and plenty of storage for clothes. Situated on the edge of a village and within an easy 22 mins drive to the lovely town of Saumur on the Loire river, well known for excellent wines and local chateaux.

Peaceful Haven

We enjoyed a restful stay in this well appointed apartment with lovely views for 5 days. A great base for exploring the Loire valley and visiting opera de Baugé. The apartment was hot at night but the owners intend to install air conditioning which will be a great improvement. Friendly and thoughtful hosts.

Vue imprenable sur les environs!

J'ai séjourné dans le studio, de grande taille, les propriétaires, très sympatiques, ont même rajouté un petit lit pour mon fils de 8 ans sans que je le demande. Le petit balcon est top pour déjeuner et dîner au soleil, avec une super vue! Piscine hors sol parfaite pour se rafraîchir après les sorties, et jardin immense, on ne manque pas de place pour les parties de foot ou de badmington! Dépaysement assuré! Pour faire les courses + essence : environ 10 minutes en voiture. Châteaux, zoo, lac, activités diverses dans les environs. On a adoré!

Situé sur notre pèlerinage, honfleur futuroscope nous avons profité 2 jrs au zoo de la flèche, une vue de la location incroyable, endroit calme avec une piscine top !!. Gentille des propriétaires.

We have lived in the Loire Valley for about 13 years, having left the U.K when retiring from our catering business. We have successfully run gites and B & B in our previous property at Auverse and decided to move to La Pellerine for a more leisurely life. However we enjoy meeting people and therefore converted part of the upstairs of our property into a self contained studio apartment with added B & B room to make larger apartment if required

Why they chose this property

This property is fairly new (12yrs) and therefore has no serious upkeep issues and also has stunning forestry views, allowing people to relax and watch the sun go down from the new balcony.

What makes this property unique

The apartment has its own private access with that stunning balcony and view, yet with full modern amenities allowing couples to relax and enjoy the beautiful Loire Valley and all it has to offer.
