Villa in a large garden area (lawn and trees) on 2100 sq.m with luxurious and brand new pool, secure and measuring 8x4.5m) with 2 beaches, 1 tiled and 1 made of composite wood. Please contact is for additional photos of the house and the pool. You can go to visit the Fontaine de Vaucluse and its river (7km). Avignon (28km) and its Palais des Papes, Saint-Rémy-de-Provence (30km), Beaux-de-Provence (40km), Vaison-la-Romaine (49km), Arles (56km), Gordes (18km) and the Côtes du Luberon (15km)...
You can go walking or cycling to the centre of the town to admire the big Provencal market of L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue (every Sunday).This small town is the second largest antiques centre of France after Paris. Its colourful market on Sunday with the many cafés and terraces along the river make a nice atmosphere. The garden offers sunny and shady area and view of the hillside and the vineyard with a castle where you will be able to by some wine.







This villa was fully renovated in February 2012 and is composed of 4 bedrooms with large cupboards, one of which with inside shower room and a bathroom (shower + toilet) and an additional separate toilet.
Gated pool of 8.5m x 4.5m with 10 new deck chairs.
Fully equipped kitchen area (new side by side refrigerator, oven, microwaves, dishwashers, washing machine) , living room equipped with a sofa bed in case you receive 2 additional persons, insert for wood burning and large dining room.

Perfection in L'Isle-Sur-La-Sorgue

We were here for two weeks which included the wedding of our daughter plus our 40th wedding anniversary. The property was just perfect - quiet but with an Aldi and boulangerie a short walking distance and the beautiful town centre a 10 minute walk. It was clean and spacious and with effective air conditioning! We loved the swimming pool although opening and closing required some brute strength. Parasols by the pool would also help. Totally loved watching the robotic lawn mower. Communication with the owners was quick and helpful. They have a special and lovely taste in design with each room having it's own identity. We had the Marilyn Monroe room! Thank you so much for a wonderful, carefree stay in your beautiful villa.

Great vacation in august 2021

We had a really nice holiday in JJ's and Christine's villa in L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue. The house is modern and has plenty of everything you need. Everything is in good condition. We particularly liked the very well air-conditioned sleeping area, which helps a lot on hot nights. The beautiful kitchen with a very large side-by-side refrigerator (always available ice cubes) was another highlight. The garden is large and equipped with a beautiful pool that was professionally cleaned every week. The children could let off steam. Maybe a shaded area by the pool would be nice. There are eight loungers by the pool. The entire facility is completely opaque and very quiet. Since the house is a bit away from the street, it is barely noticeable. Overall, we felt very comfortable. JJ was always available and always ready to offer advice. Thanks and best regards, André

Das Ferienhaus ist super ausgestattet, sehr modern, hat einen wunderschönen großen, gepflegten Garten, der Pool ist beheizt, wöchentlich kommt jemand vorbei und reinigt ihn, das Haus liegt günstig, zu einem Supermarkt 300 m, in die Stadt 30 Minuten zu Fuß. Das Grundstück ist eingezäunt. Die Umgebung von l'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue bietet sehr viel Sehenswürdiges, Märkte, Wandermöglickeiten, Radwege....

Wohlfühlvilla mit tollem Pool

Sehr schöne, großzügige Villa für 8 Personen. Wir haben das Haus jedoch nur zu zweit genutzt. Insbesondere die Küche besticht durch ihre sehr gute moderne Ausstattung. Großer Garten mit schattenspendenden Bäumen, sowie einem beheizten, wohltemperierten Pool und einer Gartendusche mit Warmwasser. Die in der Beschreibung aufgeführte Garage, ist jedoch "nur" ein großzügiger Doppel-Carport (hatte uns der Vermieter vorab aber mitgeteilt). Die Lage der Villa für Ausflüge zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Provence ist ideal. Die Innenstadt ist fußläufig in ca. 20 Minuten zu erreichen. Ein Bäcker ist ca. 8 Gehminuten entfernt. Bei Problemen reagiert der Vermieter sofort. Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Urlaub.

Maison très agréable et très calme

La maison est tout à fait conforme à l'annonce. Nous avons passé une semaine excellente. Les contacts avec le propriétaire ont été très cordiaux. Nous avons posé des tas de questions au téléphone et par mail, auxquelles nous avons eu des réponses immédiates. Mais nous aurions dû en poser deux autres. 1- concernant le linge de maison, nous avions pensé qu'il s'agissait de l'ensemble linge de lits, linge de toilette et torchons. En fait seul le linge de lit était fourni. Si nous nous étions mieux informés nous aurions évité un investissement supplémentaire. 2- le chauffage de la piscine avait été arrêté, ce que nous ignorions. Il n'a été remis que deux jours avant notre départ, lorsque la personne chargée de l'entretien est passée. Malgré ces deux petits problèmes de communications, nous sommes ravis de notre séjour et nous sommes prêts à revenir.
