Great place for a Rovinj visit

The apartment is very spacious, well stocked, and clean. This was a very comfortable and well located place for us to base our stay in Rovinj. There was no reason to move a car once here, as there is secure parking, and it is an easy walk to old town and the beach. The best part about travel is meeting local people. The host is very nice, gracious, and helpful.

Admirable and clean accommodation!

The apartment was spotless. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was large with a big shower with good water pressure and plentiful hot water. Having a washing machine was very handy, as well as a balcony with a large drying rack. The walk into the pedestrian area of town is only about 5 minutes. The hosts live on-site and were friendly but not intrusive. The secure, dedicated parking spot was also a big plus. I would highly recommend this apartment. Rovinj is a beautiful town and makes a great base for the Istrian peninsula.

Localización y aparcamiento perfectos.

La localización es estupenda, cerca del centro. Lo mejor, el aparcamiento justo debajo del apartamento. El apartamento es muy nuevo y estaba todo perfecto, camas, sábanas, toallas, colchones muy cómodos . Baño muy grande con lavadora, plancha, tabla para planchar. La terraza estupenda para desayunar, comer y cenar.

Einfach perfekt

Einfach perfekt – wir kommen gerne wieder! Das Apartment in Rovinj war einfach fantastisch! Es war unser erster Aufenthalt in dieser wunderschönen Stadt, und wir hätten es nicht besser treffen können. Die Unterkunft war makellos sauber, modern eingerichtet und bis ins kleinste Detail gepflegt – wirklich alles war perfekt. Die Lage ist ideal: In etwa 8 Minuten ist man zu Fuß in der Altstadt, was super praktisch ist. Besonders gefreut hat uns auch, dass wir unseren Multivan bequem in der Einfahrt parken konnten – ein echter Pluspunkt! Aber das Beste an unserem Aufenthalt waren die Gastgeber: unglaublich herzlich, hilfsbereit und einfach sehr liebe Menschen. Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen und gut aufgehoben. Wir können dieses Apartment absolut weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Tolle Wohnung. Modern, sehr sauber und hervorragend ausgestattet (sogar eine Waschmaschine). Das Auto kann im Innenhof sicher geparkt werden. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Man kann bei ihm auch Räder ausleihen. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt. Vieles ist fussläufig zu erreichen. Kleiner Supermarkt ums Eck sowie Restaurants. In ca. 10 Min ist man zu Fuß in der Stadt. Zum Strand sind wir mit Auto, da es sehr viele schöne Strände rundherum gibt.

Very enjoyable stay

We found the Apt very clean and well equipped. The beds are really comfy ( I suffer from back issues) and the shower is brilliant. 12-15 min walk from the centre of Rovinji (with all restaurants and bars) and there is a convenient store just up the road. Perfect Very difficult to fault the place. Kitchen table a bit small but there is a large table on the balcony (4 people) and we enjoyed a pizza there (weather was warm and nice)
