The host cancelled our reservation 30 minutes before check-in as we were on the way to the address. I booked in early December and he contacted me early January to confirm my arrival time. He did not notify me until I contacted him first to advise that I was 30 minutes away, to which I was told I cannot come because he gave the property to someone else on a different platform. I had booked and paid in full months in advance and was not even given the respect to be contacted regarding cancellation nor have I been provided with a refund. I was forced to find a last minute stay elsewhere for double the cost due to the lack of notice. Terrible and awful communication and experience, I would NOT recommend at all.
