Salobre Vista Golf 23

Beautiful two-storey villa with heated pool and fantastic views of the golf course. The villa is located 300 meters above sea level on the golf course Salobre Golf overlooking the golf course and the mountains. It is the perfect location, just a few minutes drive from the beautiful golden sandy beaches of the south of the island.



The house



Bright and modern villa with beautiful design details. Upstairs is 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 bathroom with shower. On the ground floor there is 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with bath and shower, 1 living room with dining area and kitchen and 1 laundry room.



The house is well equipped with induction hob, fridge freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine, clothes dryer, safe, air conditioning (hot / cold), unlimited internet access (WiFi), satellite TV and DVD player.



The outdoor area



The spacious outdoor area overlooking the golf course offers both a covered terrace and the pool area to relax. Outside there is a terrace, dining area, sun loungers, garden, parking and private pool (5.5 mx 3.5 m) with solar pool heating (ideal bathing temperatures can not be guaranteed).

The house is located in a beautiful complex on the golf course Salobre Golf. Two 18-hole golf courses invite players to improve their skills in the sun. Non-golfers will also love the beautiful green grounds, the jogging track around the golf course and the tranquil atmosphere just a few minutes drive from the sandy beaches of Maspalomas. The resort also has a Sheraton hotel, restaurants and a supermarket.

Gran Canaria holiday

Beautiful villa in stunning location. Facilities matched description . Perfect for two couples sharing . As we arrived after 7pm and it was dark checking in proved difficult as instructions and map difficult to follow. More instructions in the villa re arrangements re keys on leaving would have been helpful as would information about the site. However we had a very enjoyable and restful holiday surrounded by lovely views.

Lovely villa, superb on site service.

We booked a villa and received a confirmation number from Vrbo saying all booked. When I went to pay the balance 4 weeks before departure, the company who look after the properties had no knowledge of my booking, apparently my request hadn’t been forward to them. Consequently the villa we thought we had booked was not available. Thankfully it was low season and they offered us an alternative. The service we received from this company was outstanding, they responded very quickly to emails, nothing to much trouble. Just because you have a booking ref from Vrbo, don’t presume anything, check with the property owner. Saying that we are using Vrbo yet again and have already contacted the owner of our next property and all good.

Wunderbar gelegenes, sehr schönes und großzügiges Domizil

Insgesamt ist es ein wunderbares Haus mit großzügigen Zimmern und toll gelegen: Abseits vom Rummel an den Stränden und doch ist man sehr schnell überall, wo man hinmöchte. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Allerdings fehlten uns vor Ort zumindest ein paar Infos zur Umgebung, zu Ausflügen usw. und auch die Grundausstattung, z.B. mit Salz udn Pfeffer und zumindest 1-2 Spülmaschinen-Tabs könnte etwas besser sein. Wir können es aber trotzdem sehr empfehlen!
