Two-room apartment surrounded by olive trees with swimming pool and sea view

Our properties are located inside the wonderful Residence L'Uliveto, located on a hill in the hamlet of Birgalavò, which dominates the entire gulf of Budoni.
They are located on two floors, on the first you can enjoy the spectacular sea view, while on the ground floor you can benefit from the private garden and the surrounding nature.
These are two-room apartments of 50 square meters consisting of a living room with sofa bed, kitchenette and flat-screen TV, double bedroom and bathroom with shower.
Each apartment has a washing machine and a comfortable and spacious veranda where you can dine in total lightheartedness, in addition to this there is also a private parking.
Finally there is a large swimming pool, open from June to September, equipped with a lifeguard so as to be able to guarantee total safety especially for those with children.
The beaches are a few km away, the closest being Porto Ottiolu beach, known for its white sand.
You can find many other famous beaches including Cala Budoni, Sant'Anna Bay, Capo Coda Cavallo, Lu Impostu, La Cinta, Berchida.

Birgalavò is a small fraction of the municipality of Budoni; with its approximately 5,000 inhabitants, it extends close to small coves and long and wide beaches shaped by white sand, which frames a crystal clear sea.
The territory, surrounded by numerous hills, includes several ponds and wetlands of great naturalistic importance, where it is possible to observe the typical rush and tamarisk vegetation, and valuable fauna species such as the pink flamingo and sultan chicken.
Budoni offers a variety of coastal landscapes of rare beauty, it is the gateway to the island ... the ideal place from which to leave for a trip out of town, to discover the wonders of Sardinia.
In every season and with any weather condition it is possible to enjoy a natural dimension full of suggestions. It dominates the sea with its changing forms, but just beyond the dunes there is the enchantment of the ponds, born from river diversions, with their treasures of herbs and birds. Whoever goes to meet Budoni in the summer will have satiated eyes of dazzling blues.
