This semi-detached cottage is within close proximity to the village of Kilmartin and sleeps four people in two bedrooms.
Seaview-Barsloisnach Cottage is a beautiful stone-built cottage set in a rural location near the small village of Kilmartin in Argyll and Bute. Hosting two bedrooms for up to four people, it has stunning countryside views and access to a private beach close by. There is a modern kitchen and an impressive, spacious sitting room, very bright and airy. With 5000 acres of land this superb cottage is completely surrounded by far-reaching, captivating landscape to get lost in, you won't want your holiday to end. Please note: Meter readings will be taken upon your arrival with the owner and anything over fair usage [£50 per week] will be charged by owner at the end of the stay.
Amenities: Electric heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, WiFi. Electricity inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot, highchair & stairgate available on request. Off road parking for at least 2 vehicles. Patio area with table and chairs available. Storage for bicycle storage and water sporting facilitates. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Beach 15 mins walk, pub 2 miles. Please Note: Firewood can be purchased from the local supermarket. Please Note: between April 1st and October 31st, this property does not accept breaks under 7 nights in length. Please note: Meter readings will be taken upon your arrival with the owner and anything over fair usage [£50 per week] will be charged by owner at the end of the stay.

The town of Lochgilphead is eight miles away, offering a good selection of cafes and small shops selling a range of goods, foods and crafts, while the village of Inveraray, home to the Duke and Duchess of Argyll, is within driving distance.
