House 3 bedrooms hypercentre Montpellier - patio, air conditioning
Old house full of charm in the heart of Montpellier, which has a 40 m2 courtyard where you can bask, have barbecues, etc. Everything is nearby while being calm, as in a small cocoon. On the ground floor: a living room and an open kitchen that overlooks the courtyard, as well as a small bedroom (double bed). Upstairs: two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds), the separate WC and the bathroom. Street adjoining the Peyrou garden. Place de la Comédie 10 minutes 'walk away, Place Saint-Roch and its cafes / restaurants 5 minutes' walk away, train station 10 minutes 'walk away and beaches 20 minutes' drive away. A house with a unique configuration, on a quiet street but close to all the attractions! Because of the stairs, parents will need to be alert when their young children are going upstairs or downstairs.

Super séjour !
Je reviendrai sans hésiter dans cette jolie petite maison si l'occasion s'en présente. La personne de contact répond rapidement aux questions et se montre particulièrement attentive à notre confort. Excellente localisation, idéale pour se rendre à pied au centre et dans les quartiers animés des restaurants.

petite maison proche centre ville
petite maison avec cour agréable située tout près du Peyrou. la maison est fonctionnelle, mais très chaude. heureusement la climatisation dans les 2 chambres aide. localisation: à 2 pas du centre historique, et en frange d'un quartier plus populaire, avec du passage la nuit. un peu bruyant. Hote sympathique et disponible.
