On the ground floor, which is accessed from the porch overlooking the garden, there is a large kitchen and a living room with fireplace; from here you enter the upper floor where there are two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. The modern kitchen opens directly onto the porch and the rooms overlook the garden.
