This beautiful Ranch style home comes complete with bedding, kitchenware, furnishings, towels, etc. All you need to bring is your swim suit! It has 5 bedrooms plus a loft with 3 1/2 bathrooms, and can sleep 12+ people comfortably. Comes with Internet WiFi and 3 Smart LED TVs for streaming to help you enjoy your time at the lake even more! The flat lot is very large and is private from the neighbors. Easy walk to the water! It offers 155 feet of water front with a boat house, containing life vests, 2 Waverunner/Jet Ski docks and a boat dock. It has a large great room with amazing views, nice large outside deck, and granite countertops in nice, open kitchen. Comes with washer and dryer, and all gas, electric, water, and trash pickup is included. There is no doubt that you will have a great time if you decided to stay at our lake home! Can be used for family vacations, relaxation, weddings, reunions, etc.

Loved the property! The communication was the best! I will stay here again. Nice place to park a boat and seadoo. We jumped right in the water from the dock. There are steps by the wall for easy access in and out. There is also a latter on the deck.

Great House for family

Our family had a wonderful time at this lake house. This was our 5th annual family trip and it was one of our favorite houses. Great location, wonderful views, nice and spacious both inside and outside. Property Manager was great to work with.

THANKSGIVING AT THE LAKE 2021

Absolutely one of the very best places that we have rented in the Lake Martin area over the last ten years! Plenty of room, fantastic grass area to play with grandkids, host was so nice and easy to work with, and all the accommendations were perfect for our large family group! We look very forward to staying here again next year.

This was our 2nd year staying at this house for a family vacation with multiple generations. The house has a ton of space and an open floor plan, which we love! The cove is beautiful and quiet. Always enjoy our time here!

Great property for big group!

Lisa, as always, was a very gracious hostess! The waterfront, yard, and proximity to the boat ramp makes this house perfect for boating! The covered boathouse is perfect for keeping your boat dry on wet days/nights and the new upgrades are awesome. New floors, new stairs and a dock that won’t give you splinters! A perfect Memorial Day Weekend vacation!

Grea location!

Easy sloped yard that leads to the dock. The house is spacious with lots of seating for mealtime. Clean, well-stocked kitchen. Beach towels, life jackets, extra fridge in the boathouse. Covered and uncovered dock. Place to anchor your pontoon boat and two portable jet ski docks. Our favorite place at Lake Martin. Lisa, the property manager is awesome!

Home of our childhood - parents and children

My father-in-law owned this special place on this special lake for many years. We have such wonderful, wonderful memories in this special place. There were no let downs - everything was magical for the whole week. Lisa King, the local manager of the property, was like family to us. A week never to be forgotten.

The property is magnificent. What house lacks in updates and tlc, the dock and setting more than make up for. The close prox to nearby condos made it ideal for large family gathering. We loved jumping off dock, kayaking and yoloing in lake. Enjoyed much skiing, sunset cruises and chimney rock. The prop manager was very easy to work with. Overall 32 people, 16 in house, 16 in condos, gathered on dock each day. 23 children ages 7-22 loved it equally.

Awesome Family Time

From start to finish, we had an excellent experience with Bette and with this home. The house was great for our family Christmas, including our small dog. It was clean and welcoming with the bright windows and nice bedrooms. The sunsets over the lake was amazing to watch. The house is very close to Chuck's Marina and to a small grocery store in Dadeville. We did cook and serve lunch and dinner for 16 people. Plenty of ceramic family style plates and glasses/cups. Cooking pans were older and very used, but did work. This was my first VRBO experience - would definitely book again at this home - planning to see Summer on the Lake.

Beautiful View! Great family destination!

We have stayed here for 3 years now. This is our favorite lake house for a number of reasons: 1. The dock is spacious and great for kids and adults. There is room to dock a boat and a jet ski, if you choose to rent one from a marina in the area. There are plenty of chairs on the dock. 2. The approach to the dock is very easy to navigate.This is especially helpful for young children and older family members. 3. There is plenty of dining space inside and out (3 tables inside and 2 tables on the back deck with another on the dock). 4. The kitchen is big enough for multiple people to be using it simultaneously. 5. The house has lots of extras- kayak, life jackets, grills (charcoal and gas). 6. The house manager Lisa is very helpful and responds to your requests and questions immediately. You will love this place as much as we do!

The house was great for our two families with kids ranging from 2-9. The bunk room with the loft was great for the kids. The access to the lake was easy and convenient. Our 22’ boat was easily able to be tied off to the dock. The kids really enjoyed jumping off and swimming off the dock.

We had our family (12) for a few days. The place was very clean and roomy. The swimming off the deck was very good. Our young girls caught a few small fish off the dock. The manager Lisa was exceptional, gave us some good recommendations for food. Overall we had a great experience.

Another Thanksgiving in the book!

This home was perfect for our family. There was plenty of everything- space, beds, seating, and linens. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and serving. The manager was great and responded quickly about our only problem of television connection. Would definitely stay here again!

My family and I have been going out to lake Martin for the last 15 years for vacation, and decided that we really wanted to purchase a property on the lake. We tried for the last several years, and finally found the one we all loved! It is very peaceful, relaxing and fun all at the same time. It is such a great place that we decided to share it, until we are able to retire!
