Allenwood Beach Family Cottage

Charming family cottage on a quiet cul-de-sac, 7 min walk to the stunning, kid-friendly Allenwood Beach and the many other beaches in the area. Close to the main Wasaga Beach, yet remote enough that you can escape it all. On the boarder of Tiny. This relaxing property is only 90 minutes drive from Toronto.
The cottage is fully equipped including dishwasher, washer, dryer, plenty of small appliances including coffee maker, toaster oven, rice cooker, Instant Pot, and anything else you might need. Wi-Fi is available, Netflix, Chromecast or skip technology for quiet time.
The recently renovated cottage sleeps 6 (or 7) and is perfect for one or two families. There is a foldable mattress/ single bed that can be set up for additional child.

TERMS AND RATES
$2,000 for a week (summer months require full week rental Friday to Friday - please contact me prior to booking shorter stay)
$300 for a weeknight (minimum 3 night stay)
$350 per night on Friday and Saturday night
$300 security deposit will be returned 1 week after the property is found to be in good order
$100 cleaning fee

Great Place For Family To Get Closer

Had all of the amenities ... close (short walk)to the beach but private enough in quiet cal-de-sac. Cottage is exactly as pictures show ... beautiful. Backyard was a plus for the kids ... trampoline; zip-line and tight rope. Lots of board games for family competiton :) Enjoyed mini golf at Skull Island. Easy communicating with owners ... great customer service; instructions provided .... Rental comes highly reccomended.

Amazing week at Rancho Relaxo!

This cottage is clean and beautiful! We had an amazing week. Very spacious, comfortable beds, the kitchen had everything we needed, awesome deck and backyard. It’s in a quiet court and Allenwood Beach is a short walk away so the location is perfect. Overall no complaints. Dagmara was very kind and helpful. We would recommend this cottage to anyone who wants a relaxing week!

Cozy cottage, home way from home!!

Loved the cozy cottage feel with all the amenities. Perfect location, close to beach and town. Very Clean, nicely decorated. Great communication back and forth with owner. A great family get away cottage. Kids were presently surprised with zip line, trampoline, tire swing all here to play on. Really quite street no traffic, kids could play outside with no worries. I would recommend it to anyone. We really enjoyed our stay!!

Beautiful, comfortable cottage near the beach

Dagmara's Cottage is exactly as described, and very welcoming and comfortable. We were a group of 7 friends looking for a quiet weekend getaway, and that was exactly what we got. All the beds are comfortable, and the kitchen was exceptionally well-stocked. We were able to make a feast! The backyard is large, and the deck set-up was very convenient for a BBQ. The cottage is only a short walk away from Allenwood Beach, and it was a quiet and clean beach. We spent most of our day there. Dagmara was a great host. She was quick to respond to our inquiries, and flexible with our check-in and check-out process. If the opportunity comes up, we would love to rent from Dagmara again!

Great family cottage

We truly enjoyed our stay in this clean family friendly cottage. So many great activities for the kids inside and outside. Perfect combination of cottage feel and modern design. Dagmara was friendly and helpful, quick to respond to any request. We would love to stay again next year!

Great, family-friendly cottage

This cottage is lovely - spacious enough to comfortably fit two families and lots of backyard activities to keep kids busy. All the amenities you need and walking distances to nice beaches. Would definitely recommend.

Relaxing weekend

This cootage is just perfect for a relaxing stay.Inside has almost everything you need(i will recomand a a/c).Has a nice patio and a amazing backyard.A lot of fun activities for young children.The beach is soo close,a few minutes walk.We all enjoy staying there,and we would like to come back next year for sure.

Perfect cosy getaway

Great cabin, clean, comfortable and well equipped. The location was perfect for us, quiet but within easy reach of places of interest. We loved the lake and beach, which was a few minutes walk away. Our two year old daughter was thrilled with her first beach and 'sea' experience. The garden with the BBQ and hammocks was a pleasure to relax in, and the fireplace was very cosy both during the colder days and evenings.Would heartily recommend a stay!

Summer Getaway

This is the first time we ever rented a cottage. The communication from the owner from the get go was excellent. We were a family of five as well as our small dog. Once we arrived we were pleasantly surprised of the cleanliness of the cottage and all that it had to offer. It's location is a small walking distance to a pet friendly beach which was clean and family friendly. The cottage it self offered so many things to keep the family entertained such a the Wii system, various board games, back yard fire pit, hammocks to lounge in and a newly built deck to enjoy sitting outside. All my family members quite enjoyed themselves for our long weekend with only a short drive from where we live in Brampton. I would diffidently recommend anyone in renting this cottage; it offers plenty of sleeping accommodations for larger groups or has that rustic feeling for a romantic getaway.

We bought this cottage because it has a proper cottage feel, looks like a chalet in the woods but provides all the amenities. It's fairly private, yet close enough to many activities.
