Tiny cabin home with shared spaces and bathroom

The host was super kind and communicative. The property listing is misleading with no specifications that the "1 bedroom" and "1 bathroom" are in fact a tiny home that has a twin bed, fan style window AC, and an externally located bathroom inside the main house that is shared amongst other guests. There are other guests on property, so there's shared common spaces such as outdoor patios, hot tubs, and kitchens, but there's also cats. It's a unique stay. The host had 2 waivers that are not mentioned in the description with general rules and a clause that they can't be sued regardless of safety, security, incident, which was uncomfortable, but alas all interactions were positive. The discrepancy in expectations on the listing vs actuality, can be adjusted/updated and if forthcoming, at least a guest knows more reasonably what to expect. This setup wasn't for me, but I wish the host and all future guests well.
Stayed 2 nights in Aug 2024
