Patù Lella: a nest in the sun in the heart of Salento

La Lella is a typical Salentine house, located on the edge of the historic center of Patù, a few steps from the monument of Centopietre, nestled between the houses of Vico Galliani, a courtyard closed to traffic where the space appears surreal and time suspended.

The construction dates back to 1700 and is the result of a conservative recovery by the restorer of Salento Gianluca Lecci (Mather Italy), completed in spring 2017.

The house consists of two rooms connected by a small courtyard: the first room, with double vaulted ceilings, is composed of a living room in typical Salento style, very nice and functional, with a small bathroom; in the second room, with a vaulted vault and a barrel vault, a double room has been created with a sumptuous brickwork bed and a frescoed bathroom with a material painting and a shower with a handmade mosaic tub.

From the stone steps of the small courtyard leads to the large terrace, divided into two areas (sun and shadow area) connected by a characteristic wrought iron footbridge.

La Lella is ideal for a couple who want to experience the Salento atmosphere in the most authentic way possible. The beauty of the home, the care for details, the refinement of the materials, the artistic references, the nuances and the play of light day after day will make you discover in a different way, creating that alchemy of sensations and emotions that only a home of the gender can transmit to its privileged guests.

Un gioiellino

Soggiorno fantastico e rilassante. Antonella ci ha accolti con premura e ed estema disponibilità: ci siamo sentiti a casa sin dal primo momento. La casa è curata nei dettagli, fornita di tutto il necessario, impeccabile. Si respira aria salentina in ogni suo angolo. Torneremo sicuramente!

Host super disponibile, la persona che gestisce la casa altrettanto, la casa è una dimora storica in una storica città messapica, la casa è arredata con molto gusto, rispettando la struttura originale, spazi ampi e ben divisi e due terrazze stupende. Le foto non rendono giustizia è davvero molto più bella!

Einzigartig – die Unterkunft, die Umgebung, der nette Kontakt. Ein romantisch schönes Haus – von außen unscheinbar, von innen atemberaubend. Die gezeigten Bilder sagen nur die halbe Wahrheit. Sehr sauber, handwerklich hervorragend gemacht. Schöne Terrasse mit Blick über ein verträumtes Dorf. Gleich in der Nähe gibt es erstklassige Restaurants, das Meer ist mit dem Auto keine 10 min entfernt. Für meine Frau war es der schönste Urlaub überhaupt. Sehr zu empfehlen!!

Ho soggiornato in questa splendida dimora con la mia ragazza ad inizio luglio 2018, oltre ad essere in una zona molto comoda per la piazza e per le spiagge, si contraddistingue per l'originalità dell'arredo adattato perfettamente all'antichità dell'edificio stesso. Fornitura dei primi bisogni casalinghi, tutto pulito, funzionante ed incredibilmente incantevole. Il proprietario Fabio è molto cordiale e sempre disponibile per qualsiasi evenienza. Assolutamente consigliato soprattutto per le coppie che come noi hanno voluto staccarsi dalla grande città, dal frastuono e dal correre del tempo. Ci torneremo! i've been in this emotional house with my girlfriend in the beginning of july 2018, more than be situated close to the central square and to the beaches, has the originality to be perfectly furnished as the own really old building is. It has fitted with all the first home needed, everywhere so clean and everything works . Fabio the owner is friendly and absolutely available to any help you need. Absolutely recommended to that couples that like us would like to go far away from big city, from loudness and especially from the running time. We'll definitely come back!

LUOGO INCANTATO

Abbiamo trascorso 6 gg in un luogo incantato!!! Una tra le piu caratteristiche case del posto. E' stata ristrutturata di recente con molto stile e gusto, mantenendo intatta l'atmosfera INCANTEVOLE del suo tempo. E' una chicca!!!! Molto pulita e ben organizzata. A farle da corona poi cè la sua posizione; praticamente, si trova al centro di tutto. Ai proprietari va un forte abbraccio per tutto quello che ci hanno offerto, sempre solari, molto disponibili e simpaticissimi. Ci rivedremo sicuramente ........... 6 gg sono stati pochi e abbiamo ancora voglia di respirare l'aria di casa "Lella"e del Salento. Grazie.

Lella si è presa cura di noi grazie al suo carattere calmo e ospitale. Ricca di ogni comfort, mantiene i segreti della migliore cultura salentina che ci hanno permesso di trascorrere dei giorni indimenticabili. Bellissimo il bagno verde, i terrazzi e senza parole la camera da letto... Torneremo!

Una piacevole sorpresa

Ciò che da fuori appare come una modesta casa salentina appena varcata la soglia diventa un piccolo gioiello dove tutto è curato e perfetto . Punto di forza le fantastiche terrazze da vivere sia come solarium che per pranzi e cene. Patu è come casa Lella piccola e preziosa.

Restauro certosino ottimamente riuscito

La casa è un capolavoro! È una reggia nascosta nelle altre case. Perfetta per un soggiorno romantico di coppia: non manca nulla, cucina spaziosa e molto rifornita, due bagni accoglienti, un letto in muratura da pelle d’oca e le terrazze.. 😍 Le terrazze al piano di sopra sono un belvedere unico nel suo genere, addirittura si vede il farò di S.Maria di Leuca .. e che tramonti!!! Patù è un villaggio che sembra abbia vissuto per decenni in una sfera di cristallo, non ha perso nulla della sua storia e delle sue tradizioni. Da valdostano mai avrei pensato di trovare un paradiso in Salento, eppure c’è uno scenario mozzafiato tra coste ed entroterra. Inutile dirlo, tornerò sicuramente!
