Casa Cercadinha is a lovely 3 bedroom country style villa nestled between two pretty villages Paderne with its Historic Castle and Boliqueime, only 20 minutes by car to the Marina of Vilamoura or to the town of Albufeira and to the sea.

The Villa is secluded and private but is not isolated, boasting lovely country views, the villa is set within its own private grounds a electrically gated entrance with a calcaded driveway, and a covered carport is at the front to the back there is a terrace with a wooden Pergola, table and chairs for eating Al fresco, a built in charcoal bbq and a 8m by 4m swimming pool with steps and a poolside shower and 6 sun loungers.
The villa has been recently refurbished to a very high standard. Open plan kitchen/ lounge with build in kitchen units, a fridge freezer, microwave, electric hob, electric oven, dishwasher and washing machine, a TV with a good selection of English channels and internet is included- Sofa, Technics Stereo CD sound system, There is access to the pool from the lounge via a small circular veranda with steps or there is access from the kitchen. Solar heating and air con throughout.

There are 3 beautifully furnished bed rooms (sleeps a maximum 6 guests plus 1 travel cot for a baby)

Bedroom 1 has a king size bed with en-suite shower room with wc .
Bedroom 2 & 3 both have twin beds and share a separate shower room with wc

The villa is not suitable for wheelchairs due to several stairs and steps.

We are happy to accept families with children of all ages.

We do not accept "group bookings" under the age of 25 years or hen or stag parties or male only bookings - please state ages when booking.

we allow 1-2 small well behaved dogs under 12kg
