Excellent sèjour

Appartement très bien entretenu et très propre.très bien situé, courses et plage peuvent se faire à pieds. Nous avons apprécié l'accueil et la gentillesse de Monsieur et Madame Kerson qui nous ont donné de précieux conseils pour toutes les possibilités de balades à faire dans la région. Nous reviendrons très certainement.

Le calme en bordure de plage

Séjour agréable à proximité du charmant centre ville d'Houlgate et de la plage en empruntant une allée piétonne et arborée idéale pour de jeunes enfants. Environnement très calme et appartement/équipements conforment à l'annonce. Accueil chaleureux et adaptabilité des horaires d'arrivée et de départ. Localisation idéale pour visiter la côte normande. Une location que nous recommandons!

Zu klein!

So ein kleines Bad hatte ich noch nie erlebt, man konnte sich kaum im Bad drehen und auf das WC setzen ohne das die Knie an die Duschscheibe stoßen. Auch auf dem Balkon haben eigentlich nur 2 Personen Platzt, also mit 5 Personen kann man da nicht vernünftig wohnen. Wenn man kaum französisch kann ist es fast nicht möglich mit der Verwalterin sich zu verständigen! Uns wurde auch mehr oder weniger willkürlich noch Geld abgenommen, einmal zur Anreiße ohne Beleg für was auch immer (vielleicht Kurtaxe) ich weiß es nicht und noch mal x € für die Endreinigung, wo man das Gefühl vermittelt bekommen hat das extra nach Dreck gesucht wird, obwohl es zur Anreiße nun auch nicht ganz so reinlich war. Und die Höhe für die Endreinigung steht nirgends, wird wahrscheinlich auch nach Stimmung entschieden.

Très bonne semaine !

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans votre appartement, très propre, confortable et décoré avec goût. L’annonce et les photos sont tout à fait conformes à la réalité. Seuls bémols : La pièce à vivre est un peu petite, mais suffisante pour une semaine de vacances et l’escalier pour accéder aux chambres est un peu «raide ». La résidence est idéalement située dans un quartier calme, proche des commerces et de la plage : tout peut se faire à pied. Nous avons apprécié la promenade le long de la plage, les glaciers, les villas à l’architecture si typique… De nombreuses excursions (à moins de 2h de route) sont possibles : les musées et sites à la mémoire de la 2nde guerre mondiale, les falaises d’Etretat, Fécamp et le musée de la Bénédictine, la Basilique de Lisieux… Merci pour cette bonne semaine de vacances!

La description correspond tout à fait à l'appartement. Propre. Bien soigné. Plage et centre ville accessibles à pied. Mme Kerson a été très disponible pendant toutes nos échanges et a fait tout le nécéssaire pour s'adapter à nos horaires de arriver et depart. Nous sommes venus en famille (couple avec 3 enfants entre 4 et 11 ans) et toute la famille a beaucoup apprécié le séjour. Je recommande.

Bon séjour à Houlgate !

Appartement propre, avec tout le confort et décoré avec goût. Bien placé car proche du centre-ville, de la plage et de la gare. Petite résidence de style normand assez calme. Seul petit regret pour la surface du balcon, trop petit pour pouvoir manger à l'extérieur en cas de beau temps.

Un duplex très bien conçu et très bien situé

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans ce duplex proche du centre ville et de la plage, tout était bien pensé pour le confort et le bien être des locataires, très propre et très calme, nous avons vraiment apprécié cette location et reviendrons avec plaisir !
