In addition to the four bedrooms on the 1st floor (two are ensuite + family bathroom) there is a comfortable double sofabed in the ground floor reception room.
As you enter the property there is a good sized porch area with plenty of coat hanging/shoe storage space and a handy cloak room toilet. This continues into a large front reception room which leads into the kitchen straight ahead and the TV room to the right. Through the kitchen you will enter into a large dining area, sunken snug and sun room overlooking the patio and garden.
The ground floor offers spacious open plan living/dining areas which are comfortably zoned into front reception room, TV/Cinema room, sunken snug, sun room, dining area and semi open plan kitchen, fitted with modern appliances.
From the front reception room a staircase takes you up to the 1st floor where you will find located a family bathroom (with bath/shower, wash basin and wc), the smallest of the four bedrooms including bunk beds and dedicated wash basin, large double bedroom to the front of the house with king size bed, double bedroom located in middle of the house with double bed and ensuite (including shower and wash basin). Finally the wonderful master bedroom can either be accessed via the middle bedroom or if preferred the door can be locked and this room can be accessed via the spiral staircase from the sun room to the rear of the house. This bedroom includes an ensuite (large walk-in shower, wash basin and wc).
The property is blessed with a south facing garden so the patio and peaceful private garden receives plenty of sunshine all through the day.
The property also has a large car port with additional sink and washing machine and off road parking for 2-3 cars.
Hutton Country Park is located a few minutes walk from the house and the lovely Thorndon Country Park a 10 min drive away.
Property located conveniently close to the A12, A127 and the M25. Billericay, Shenfield, Brentwood and Chelmsford are all an easy drive away.
HOUSE RULES
I wish all my guests a wonderful stay and simply request that they respect my accommodation and communicate any issues to me asap so I can try to resolve quickly. That being said the following rules and guidance apply:
GENERAL:
No parties or events are permitted and consideration must be shown at all times to neighbouring properties/residents. Prostitution or drug taking is strictly prohibited and will lead to immediate eviction without any refund of monies paid.
Pet(s) may be permitted upon request at time of booking but this is strictly at the owners discretion.
FIRE RISK RULES:
Guests are required to co-operate with their host to ensure the premises is safe from fire. The following important rules apply:
NO SMOKING/VAPING inside the property.
NO CANDLES permitted to be used in the property.
NO E-BIKES/E-SCOOTERS permitted in the property or put on to charge.
ENSURE all personal electronic devices are only charged with dedicated branded chargers.
NO tampering with or removal of MAINS CONNECTED OR OTHER FITTED SMOKE/HEAT/CARBON MONOXIDE UNITS in the property. Please report any issues with these units/devices to the host immediately. Testing of all fire safety alarms/devices will be performed weekly.
