Water and electricity are included. Bed linen and bath towels are included. No beach towels. Directly adjacent to the house is a pool with bar. Near the seafront apartment is a park with lawn, trees and playgrounds for children. Within walking distance are several grocery stores, bars and restaurants. Just a kilometer away is the Punta Marina shopping center. Good bus connections to the center of Torrevieja and to Punta Marina.
