Composition: fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob, percolator, small electro, sufficient dishes ...); large living room (TV, wifi); utility room (washing machine, dryer, freezer); separate wc; master bedroom and bathroom (double bed, shower, bath, 2 sinks); double bed room; bedroom with 4 single beds; 2nd bathroom (shower, wc, sink); covered terrace and garden furniture; private heated pool; private pétanque area. Private parking (3 cars). Swimming pool (25m), 3 tennis courts and 2 fishing ponds in the area accessible and free. Possibility to rent bed linen and towels (15 € / p). End of stay cleaning € 100.
