Large and well-appointed holiday cottage with lots of interesting details and activities centrally located i Blåvand. The pool area has both a large swimming pool with slide, large built-in whirlpool and a sauna. The pool is 20 m2 and has a slide for the children. There is a counter-current system in the pool. In the activity room you can play table football, billiards, electronic darts and table tennis. There are more TVs as well as PlayStation4 and blu-ray player. The house has an optimal layout with modern furnishings, is spacious and well-dimensioned and built around 3 separate sleeping areas. Each area has a bathroom and there is an additional bathroom near the swimming pool. Furthermore there is a large and spacious mezzanine. The large living room, with exit to the terrace, is the natural gathering point with a sofa area, dining section and kitchen. The well-appointed kitchen has a cooking island and double dish washer, sink, oven, fridge and cooker which makes it easy to prepare dinner. The large terrace with exclusive garden furniture and fireplace is perfect both for a summer day in the sun and for cosy barbecues with friend and family. For the children there is play tower, sandpit and trampoline (usage at own risk/insurance). No letting to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
