Welcome to your coastal retreat in Marina Wendtorf set just a short stroll from sandy beaches and the beautiful Kiel Fjord. These modern semi-detached homes, built in a bright Scandinavian style with wood-paneled walls and sloping ceilings, combine comfort with a true seaside charm. On the ground floor, you’ll find two cozy bedrooms—one with a double bed, the other with two single beds along with a stylish bathroom featuring a shower, underfloor heating, and a private sauna for the ultimate relaxation. Both bedrooms open directly onto the terrace, perfect for enjoying fresh air and morning sunshine. Upstairs, the open-plan kitchen and living area is the heart of the home. The kitchen comes fully equipped with a stove, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker, while the lounge invites you to unwind on the double lounger. Evenings can be spent watching a movie on the flat-screen TV, listening to music, or simply relaxing by the warm glow of the bioethanol fireplace. From the loggia, you can enjoy sweeping views over the fjord—binoculars are even provided for a closer look at passing ships. The house also offers modern touches like fibre-optic WiFi, air conditioning, gas heating, and your own parking space. Outside, a private 400 m² natural plot with balcony, terrace, and barbecue makes it easy to enjoy long summer days. The new promenade and playgrounds make it just as enjoyable to stroll or play by the sea.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
