Das Haus ist gemütlich und hat alles, was einen Wellness-Urlaub im Winter mit wechselnden Wetter angenehm macht: recht große Sauna, 2er-Whirlpool, Kaminofen, Der Ausblick auf den "See" ist phantastisch, Dazu ist mensch schnell auf dem Deich und selbst zu Fuß ins schnuckelige Otterndorf ist es nicht weit, Das E-Center Keil bietet alles, was mensch braucht, Fisch läßt sich gut in Cuxhaven frisch besorgen und Bremerhaven ist auch nur ca, 45km entfernt, Empfehlenswert ist dort ein Besuch im Klimahaus (dafür ca, 4Stunden einplanen)
