About this property

The beautiful villa with private pool is located 300 meters above sea level in a beautiful complex overlooking the golf course, the sea and the mountains. It is the perfect location, just a few minutes drive from the beautiful golden sandy beaches of the south of the island.

The house

Upstairs is 1 double bedroom with satellite TV and 1 bathroom with hydromassage bath. The ground floor has 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 bedroom with queen size bed (130cm x 200cm) and 1 living room with dining area and kitchen.

The house is well equipped with ceramic hob, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine, iron, ironing board, cot, high chair, safe, air conditioning (hot / cold), unlimited internet access (WiFi) and satellite TV.

Gutes Haus mit Pool außerhalb von Maspalomas

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. In 10-20 min. erreicht man mehrere Strände und viele Restaurants etc. Der kleine Supermarkt im Resort (20min zu Fuß) war ausreichend für uns. Insgesamt sehr gepflegte Anlage, jedoch in der Nähe des Hauses viele Baustellen mit entsprechendem Lärm u. auch unser Ausblick war hiervon betroffen (ein Hinweis auf diese Beeinträchtigungen wäre vorher wünschenswert gewesen - wir hatten Solobre extra gewählt, um es ruhig zu haben...) Die obere Terrasse war super u. der Pool mit Poolheizung (Extrakosten) auch, die restliche Ausstattung einem Ferienhaus angemessen. Das Fehlen einer Essmöglichkeit drinnen hat uns Anfangs sehr gestört, aber da das Wetter sehr gut war, war es nicht so schlimm, dass man nur draußen essen kann (einen kleinen Tisch mit 4 Stühlen od. eine Küchenbar hätten wir uns aber schon sehr gewünscht, Kaffee mussten wir morgens um 7 Uhr dann auf der Couch trinken) 2 der 3 Schlafzimmer waren sehr groß, das 3. ok, wir haben es nur für meine Tochter genutzt (Ein Stuhl wäre hier sehr gut gewesen). Die Bäder waren ebenfalls ausreichend groß, der Wohnbereich jedoch etwas klein, für uns 4 gerade so ok. Gefehlt haben kleine Handtücher, um die Hände abzutrocknen. Hilfreich wären überall mehr Haken und Ablagemöglichkeiten, hier war kaum etwas vorhanden u. wir mussten das Treppengeländer für Jacken etc. und alle Schränke im Wohnzimmer Pool-Handtücher u. Badesachen nutzen. Die Abwicklung mit der Agentur war durchweg sehr gut!
