Agriturismo Conca Verde is a typical Tuscan farmhouse of the seventeenth century renovated maintaining and enhancing its features: stone facades, exposed wood beams, terracotta floors. It is located in the countryside at the foot of the Rovinj hills of Scandicci, 7 km from the historic center of Florence. About 1 km from the farm you get to the tramway service that connects Scandicci to Florence arriving in the center of the station S. Maria Novella. The farmhouse offers a large 14x7m swimming pool in the middle of the green of the various gardens where there are places to eat outdoors with a barbecue. Guests can then take a relaxing holiday in the countryside with swimming pool, combined with visits to the most beautiful cities in Tuscany.
The apartment "CASA DEI NONNI" is a three-room apartment: 2 bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom. A double room is on the ground floor and the other double room with 2 single beds is on the first floor. The entrance of the apartment is from the typical stone courtyard, in front of the large garden. Guests can access with the car in front of the apartment to unload the luggage and then have the parking inside. The bathroom is large with a bath.
Free WiFi. The management of the farm is family run and the managers live on site, always present and attentive to customer needs. Outside the apartment there is a table and chairs to eat outside. The linen is provided, consumption and final cleaning are included in the price. The large pool is beyond the garden, surrounded by greenery, with lots of privacy. The agriturismo is surrounded by green areas, with a large 14x7m swimming pool with deckchairs and sun loungers available for each apartment.

The farmhouse is located in the countryside just 1 km from the town of Vingone and 2 km from the center of Scandicci.
Florence with its historic center is about 8 km away, to which Scandicci and Vingone are well connected by bus services and excellent tram service.
The most beautiful cities of Tuscany can be reached in about an hour by car: Pisa, Lucca, Siena, S. Gimignano, Volterra, Monteriggioni .....

Excellent place near Firenze

Very nice place, near Firenze with Tram in15mn. We spent very nice holidays. Owner was very friendly . I really recommand the place

Sara et sa famille sont très accueillants, très gentils et se montrent très présents dès que besoin. L’arrivée sur le site est charmant avec des petites terrasses ombragées à partager.Le gîte (nous étions dans le gîte des Nonni) est très spacieux, et la terrasse couverte est très agréable. La piscine est extra !! Elle est grande, très propre et très bien aménagée : l’eau est chaude, et les transats sont très bien aussi. Nous avons juste regretté que : - l’une des 2 chambres donne sur la route passante : nous avons finalement dormi avec nos filles dans l’autre chambre où un lit double et deux lits simples étaient déjà préparés.- le wifi ne passe pas partout - le canapé dans la pièce de vie/cuisine soit peu confortable En tous les cas, nous avons passé un agréable séjour et Scandicci est bien située pour visiter la magnifique Toscane : nous avons pu aller à Florence avec le tram, à Arezzo en 1h15, à Sienne en 1h et à San Gimignano en moins d’une heure.

Tolles Haus mit Pool und super nette Vermieter

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, sehr sauber, klimatisiert, alles was man braucht vorhanden. Der Garten mit dem Pool ist eingach spitze, der Vermieter war sehr nett und immer hilfreich. Wir haben wundervolle drei Rage hier verbracht und kommen sehr gerne wieder! Herzlichen Dank!

Ottima posizione e tranquillità

La posizione dell’ agriturismo è ottima. Abbiamo passato delle bellissime giornate in piscina. I proprietari sono ospitali e ci hanno permesso di avere ospiti a cena ed in piscina. Abbiamo molto apprezzato. Unica nota dolente la mattina si svegliano presto e sentivamo i nipoti gridare già dalle otto di mattina, essendo in vacanza ci sarebbe piaciuto avere più silenzio almeno fino alle 10. Abbiamo avuto l’appartamento “casa dei nonni”, le camere da letto erano molto fresche. La cucina un po’ da rinnovare… ma insomma nel complesso una buona vacanza. Lo consiglieremo sicuramente.
