The accommodation (45sqm) is located on the mezzanine floor and overlooks a private and quiet courtyard. Fully air-conditioned, it consists of a living area with a fully equipped kitchenette, a double sofa bed and a 40 "LED TV. The double bedroom can comfortably accommodate a baby bed. Bathroom with shower 100x80cm and wall-hung sanitary ware. Complete the apartment a closet with lava / dryer, cleaning and ironing set.
Convenient to services: supermarket with internal butchery only 10m, pharmacy about 100mt, beach about 150mt, railway station about 700mt, golf club and riding school (Garlenda) about 5km, airport (GE) about 90km
