Location - location - location!
Visiting Dubrovnik and want to stay by the sea?

Completely new renovated studio apartment consists of spacious bedroom with king size bed 180x200 cm, en-suite shower, kitchen, balcony and sea view. There is electric stove, fridge, microwave, filter coffee machine and kettle in the kitchen. There is no oven and washing machine in the unit. Bed linens and bathroom towels are provided, but beach towels are not. There is air conditioning in the unit.
Studio apartment is located on the 1st floor which means one floor above ground floor. Private parking is just next to the apartment.

Just 10 minutes from the busy city center on a peaceful village road, and only a short walk from the bus stop, studio apartment with a balcony (House Tereza) sits on a quiet and relaxing Seafront overlooking the beautifully tranquil Zaton Bay.

Swimming is literally on your doorstep, without even having to cross a road, and without encountering a long, hot climb up the cliffs, which is more usual around the Dubrovnik area. We offer private waterfront with sunbeds & umbrellas. Sunbeds and umbrellas are included. There is also shared terrace on the ground floor for dining. Waterfront and ground floor terrace are shared among guests staying in House Tereza.

There are several restaurant and two well equipped mini-markets near the bus stop, and several other good restaurants a gentle stroll away, within easy walking distance around the bay. But you may not want to dine out once you have enjoyed your covered terrace to dine al fresco, overlooking the sea. Sunbathe on the sun terrace with your sun bed & umbrella. Or, if you are feeling more energetic we have paddle boards for hire, and boat trips to the Islands.

Relax in Zaton

Amazing location, the apartment has it's own sea platform with direct access and a small balcony with views were you can have your meals. Host was really nice and helpful and advised us with several useful tips. Recommended for quietness and relax.

Fantastic Stay in Zaton

We had a lovely stay for a week in Zaton. Anita was incredibly helpful — she let us check in early and check out late, showed us around the property, and gave tips on where to eat and get groceries nearby. The property is right on the water, perfect for swimming, floating, and kayaking. And you're within walking distance to several restaurants and a small grocery store. I would absolutely stay here again!

The Perfect Spot

So well looked after property in such a great waterfront location. Plenty of local facilities i.e. shops and restaurants. Right on the really reliable main bus route for Dubrovnik. Hosts provided lots of advice and information, very helpful, and rent out Kayaks, boats etc. Excellent value for money and we hope to return.

Highly recommend! If your looking for a chilled out holiday, this is the place.Great communication with host. Nothing was too much trouble.The room was great,it had everything we needed. It was spotless. Decorated to a high standard. Lush balcony overlooking the bay. We did not want to venture out due to the amazing view.You must be able to walk a short distance as the nearest restaurant is across the bay.Only a ten minute walk. This is for the little local supermaket too.If your looking for getting away from the commercial side of your usual tourist place,this is for you..A lovely family run business that also provide boat hire and boat trips direct from the premises.They also provide a shuttle run from the airport and back for a fee.Take a book, relax and this will be one of your best holidays ever..Tina & Martin

We stayed here for a week and it exceeded all expectations. The apartments are beautiful with all the accesories that you should need. We were collected from the aiport by Luko and his wife, they even stopped en route to the apartment for us to buy groceries since the following day was a national holiday and the shops would be closed. We were able to hire a boat for the day from the family, giving advice on where to go, they even supplied a cool box and ice, flippers and snorkels. The bus stop into Dubrovnik is a 7 minute walk away, and costs 2 Euros. All communication with the owners was excellent and any quieries answered promptly. This is a family run business and what a lovely family! The property is exactly as shown in the photos, set in a beautiful bay which is perfect for swimming. I cannot speak highly enough of the place or the people.

Wonderful view of Zaton Bay and the surrounding hills from our balcony. Quiet location and so close to the sea. Ample sized bedroom and kitchen. Anita always on hand to sort any problems or get information from.

Location perfect

Looking over the beautiful bay with quiet, peaceful time to relax and swim, we enjoyed the location above all. Hosts were accommodating in every way, whether transportation needs or otherwise. The apartment was quaint… nothing fancy, but we could never want to stay indoors in a place like Zaton Mali. Access to great restaurants, Old Town Dubrovnik and Adriatic Sea was the best! Our favorite vacation!
