The apartment is in a new residential with elevator, common areas (pool and gardens). Located in a new and quiet area of Jaén just 10 minutes walk from the center.

Suficiente pero debería ser mejor

El piso estaba bien, con las cosas básicas cubiertas. El lugar donde se ubica está muy bien y con fácil acceso desde la autovía. Hubo una notificación de registro de estancia en la pared de entrada, pero la encargada de enseñarnos el piso no nos inscribió en ningún registro ni pidió nuestros carnets de identidad. Las camas estaban bien, pero las sábanas que nos dejó para poner no encajaban en varias de ellas. El Internet no funcionaba. El router estaba conectado y el wi-fi funcionaba, pero no hubo Internet después de conectar el porta´til al Live box. Después de hacer un diagnóstico y reiniciar el router como ponía, la luz indicador de Internet nunca encendió como decía en la explicación del router. El termo goteaba agua cuando usamos el agua caliente, y tuvimos que poner un lebrillo para recogerlo, que caía encima de la lavadora. Muchos de los vasos, cubiertos, tasas, etc. estaban sucias para usar y tuvimos que fregarlo todo. No hubo papel higiénico en los cuartos de baño, aparte de lo que estaba en el rollo a menos de la mitad, ni servilletas o papel de cocina en la cocina. Para la estancia que teníamos de dos noches para asistir a una boda y no estar en el piso apenas, estaba suficiente el lugar para cubrir nuestras necesidades básicas. Pero debería haber sido mejor. Quedamos decepcionados.

Cet appartement est situé dans un immeuble collectif qui contient des dizaines de blocs d'appartements. Le notre était dans le bloc 20. Appartement, au 2e étage, grand mais à part cela, c'est tout. Le bruit, les coups de marteau, de perceuse, de grattage du sol jusque 22h, à cela s'ajoute les cris du bébé du mur voisin, ceux de la voisine de l'autre mur et de ses copines, etc. Toute la semaine, nous avons été dans le bruit des travaux et des hystériques qui nous entourés. Sympa les vacances!!! Du bruit non-stop, de l'ascenseur, aux voisins qui gueulent tout le temps jusque 2h du matin, pendant 8 jours. Nous avons failli déménagé dans un hôtel de Jaen. Donc pour le moment ou à jamais éviter cette appartement. Une dernière remarque, l'appartement est en haut d'une cote qu'il faut grimper en plein soleil et n'est pas situé à 10 mn mais plutôt 30 mn du centre-ville.

Nice large apartment..wrong address

This apartment is very spacious with a nice view. Parking space is very tight. Our cheking experience left us with a bad taste We arrive late and had to go to the owners home to pick up the key which was at a different side of town. After struggling with parking we realize we were given the wrong apartment number. The owner after all that never bother to check on us during the whole stay

He viajado por trabajo y siempre que puedo prefiero no hospedarme en hoteles, el piso es amplio, confortable, con todo lo necesario, no he echado de menos nada. Muy cómodo también disponer de parking Volveré a repetir sin duda Gracias
