Villa DADOU Exceptional view

Villa DADOU is the big sister of Villa Mita which is a few meters away. The breathtaking view of Cap Canaille, the crown of Charlemagne will charm you.
This villa, new and of standing, of 250 M2, is implanted on a ground of 3000 m2, with swimming pool and games of balls. The villa, with air conditioning, can accommodate 12 people and consists of a large living room, six bedrooms; all with shower room. The double beds are queen size 160X200 (single beds 80X200). WIRELESS.
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, dishwasher, two fridges and freezer, microwave, washing machine, dryer, Nespresso coffee machine and a plancha in the garden.
A shade sail has been installed on the terrace for the comfort of your meals.
The breakfast can be prepared at your request. A cleaning service is also offered.
A large terrace with a garden, olive trees, a private pool (5x9m) and a petanque for friendliness between friends will charm you!
Located at the foot of the Vicar, it offers an extraordinary 360 ° view of
the Cap Canaille, the creeks of cassis, the Port of Cassis, the crown of Charlemagne, the vineyards, etc.
A gardener will regularly take care of the garden during your stay.
We would be delighted to welcome you to this magical place! Between vineyards & sea, under the watchful eye of Cap Canaille, Villa DADOU offers in a wonderful setting, a haven of relaxation and peace where everything has been done for your comfort.
It is located 20 minutes walk from the village, with its beach, harbor, shops and restaurants.
The creeks of CASSIS! They are world famous and appreciated! They offer wonderful walks either by boat or on foot, with dazzling views.

You will spend unforgettable holidays; Cassis offers a wide range of seaside activities, nautical, pedestrian.
The market on Wednesday and Friday, you will taste the regional products, not to mention the beautiful and famous vineyards (The Paternal, Bodin, The Fontcreuse ....)
Roseline will take care of your welcome and will remain at your disposal during your stay.

We love Villa Dadou!

This is our second stay at Villa Dadou. We absolutely love the Villa, the town of Cassis, and the accessibility to other towns and activities in the area. The house is perfect for hosting many families and different ages. It was clean and safe and has the most stunning views!

Ideal villa for wellness retreat

This villa is simply stunning. The floor to ceiling windows and doors along one wall, in each bedroom, and in the kitchen bring the outside indoors. Views are breathtaking. The home is well equipped for group meals, and the beds have very high quality mattresses. We were a group of 9 and all slept peacefully. It seemed that the home must have been built with sound proofing in mind, because we could hear nothing but the birds outside. Thank you Marie Laure for creating such a beautiful dream villa, and for all the local recommendations. We so enjoyed the yoga instructor Coralie, who provides sound bath as part of her practice. We found it transformative. Thank you to Roseline for kind and warm reception and assistance during our stay. Highly recommend.

Superb property for our family holiday

We wanted a special holiday for mine and my brother's family. This villa was perfect. The views are truly wonderful and the villa is very spacious and modern with excellent air conditioning. The kitchen is very well equipped with plenty of plates, glasses etc. The pool is amazing and a good size for our group. Roseline was very informative when we arrived and she delivered bread and pastries for breakfast every day. Definitely recommended!

Belle villa spacieuse

La Villa Dadou est spacieuse, propre, avec une vue imprenable. Nous y avons passé une superbe semaine à 12 (3 couples avec des ados), chacun a trouvé son espace dans cette villa bien agencée, bien équipée et bien située. La livraison du petit déjeuner le matin est un vrai plus, merci à Roselyne !
