Breathtaking sea views, beach at your feet, lively residential area all year round.
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of one of the oldest and most beautiful residences in Mourillon. The 20 m2 terrace, the three bedrooms and the living room all have a spectacular 180 ° sea view.
The terrace is protected from the hot rays of the sun by electric blinds, the bedrooms and the living room by roller shutters, and the main rooms are air conditioned.
There are 6 beds:
- master bedroom with a double bed in 160
- bedroom 2 with two 90 cm beds that can be connected
- bedroom 3 with a trundle bed with 2 x 80 beds
The bedrooms have large storage cabinets with wardrobes, shelves, drawers, hangers and lighting
Two bathrooms each with a shower and a suspended toilet, including a bidet (system used in Japan for a long time), hairdryer in each.
The kitchen and its central island have a dishwasher, a washer-dryer, a fridge-freezer, a combi oven (oven + microwave), and an extractor hood. Various devices complete this equipment: espresso, toaster, electric kettle, food processor.
Note that the apartment was completely refurbished last winter and that all the furniture and appliances are new and carefully manufactured.
You will be able to connect by WI-FI on a box connected by optical fiber.
Philips ambi-ligth TV, Yamaha HI-FI system with CD player, sound column for blue-tooth connection with a mobile phone.
Finally, very important in the neighborhood: a closed garage in the basement with direct access to the apartment by two available elevators.
Our rental prices include VAT and an invoice will be sent to you directly by e-mail after your departure.
We invoice three additional services separately:
- Delivery of keys on arrival and recovery on departure with inventory
- Supply and washing of household linen, including sheets, towels, tablecloth, napkins and tea towels.
- Complete end of stay cleaning
On arrival the beds are made, everything is clean, there is toilet paper and we make sure that there are basic products such as washing up liquid, salt, pepper, sugar, etc ... The comfort of a 4 star hotel with in addition a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room.
