FIRST FLOOR:

Composed of two living rooms (one of which adaptable to a double bedroom) and one with fireplace.
A SMART TV area with SKY predisposition and NETFLIX premium included.

- There is a kitchen with air conditioning, dishwasher, refrigerator, LAVAZZA espresso machine, set of dishes, glasses and cutlery for its guests.

- Bathroom with tub and shower.

SECOND FLOOR:

consisting of 4 bedrooms ALL equipped with sheets, set of towels, air conditioning, heating, hot water and an independent bathroom (they are like hotel rooms):

- GREEN room: 3 beds (includes a double and a single bed) with a communicating terrace;

- BLUE room: 3/4 beds (includes a double bed and sofa bed that can be used as a single or double bed) with a communicating terrace;

- GRAY room: 2 beds (two single beds that can be converted into a double bed) with private terrace;

- FUXIA room: 2 beds (French double bed) with window on the garden.

The Villa has large terraces with two outdoor tables for a total of 16 seats, professional ping pong table, barbecue, ample parking ALL surrounded by 3000 square meters of garden with automatic irrigation system and night lighting.

GROUND FLOOR:
Used as a laundry area there is a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board, an internal and an external drying rack.

SAFETY:

Villa equipped with Fire extinguisher, first aid kit, surveillance cameras in the outdoor areas guard dog (a wonderful docile and meek female Maremma shepherd closed in an inaccessible enclosure), a private security service H24.

Car owners will be given the opportunity to open the automatic gate with a phone call (just call a phone number that after a ring will automatically close the call thus guaranteeing the opening of the gate).

"Villa Ramolina", summer house, is located in a very strategic position which is only less than 2 km away from the Golf Club of Metaponto (18 champion holes), 4 km away from the beautiful beach of Metaponto and from the archeological area, 12 km away from Bernalda which is a characteristic little town (home town of the well known Francis Ford Coppola) and also only 35 km away from the amazing city of Matera, considered the future city of culture in 2019.
The "Villa Ramolina" is a big and comfortable house surrounded by a massive and beautiful garden. The house is composed by 3 floors, big balconies facing the garden and it guarantees a great privacy since all around the house there are loads of big trees.
The house was built at the beginning of the 70s, in fact most of the furnitures have traces of colors and design from those years, like the colorful tiles which are sown in the pictures; there are also pieces of furniture from the 600s and others which are contemporary.
This particular design makes the house truly unique and full of different kind of areas which will ensure for each customer to find their own size, offering not only a place to stay and relax but a real Mediterranean experience.
Like we said before the floors are 3:
-The ground floor is equipped as a laundry with interior and exterior drying rack, an iron and ironing board, a washing machine and a bathroom.
-The first floor is divided into one external area composed by a solarium and 2 amazing large porches and a ping-pong area. The internal space is composed by a lunchroom, a relaxing area where one can read or rest, which can also become a bedroom if it is necessary, there is also a room with a 50-inch Samsung TV with predisposition Sky HD decoder. All this flanked by a beautiful fireplace (the wood is placed in an area of ​​the garden).
Also in the internal area there is a bathroom with bathtub and shower, a brand new kitchen with air conditioning, dishwasher and a coffee machine for espresso coffee (Lavazza). In the lounge there is also a Hi-Fi system with aux connection. The whole house is covered by a powerful Wi-Fi network (dual band) which guarantees a great connection for any type of devices.
-The second floor is composed by a corridor that connects four completely independent bedrooms equipped with independent bathrooms and a shower in each of them, hot water and split air conditioning (hot and cold air). The bedrooms will be identified by color, respectively the green bedroom (triple + baby cot evenctually) is composed by a double bed and a single bed, plus an outdoor terrace; the lavender bedroom (which is double) consists of a French double bed and a window overlooking the garden; the gray bedroom (double) is composed by 2 single beds, which can eventually become a double bed, and a covered terrace that overlooks the villa's entrance. Lastly we have the blue bedroom (triple or quadruple) which is composed by a double bed and a sofa bed, there is also an outdoor terrace.

SECURITY

Villa equipped with fire extinguisher, first aid kit, surveillance cameras in the outdoor areas and a private security service H24.

PYRENEES SHEPHERD (Renè)

Our beautiful docile and meek female shepherd is often found to keep company with guests, however on request he can be locked in an inaccessible enclosure and will be taken care of by our trusted gardener.

GATE

PARKING SPACE

A very large parking area for several cars and two car spots covered.

Swimming pool:

Free access for all guests to the swimming pool outside the villa at "Senso Farm Metaponto" (from 09:30 to 18:00 every day from June to October), a 6-minute drive from the property.

Vegetable garden:

At guests' disposal, an eco-sustainable organic garden which is cared for by our trusted gardeners. You can find vegetables and fruits according to the season and medicinal herbs.
