Recently renovated holiday house with a private pool, suitable for 8 people. It is located in the village of Hlistići near Tinjan. It consists of four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with air conditioning. The residential part of the house is on the first floor, while the ground floor is not rented out. In the completely fenced yard, there is a private swimming pool( 28m2) available, a brill, an outdoor shower and deck chairs. The rental price includes the use of air conditioning, WiFi, bed linen and towels. Private parking is available and located behind the house. Pets are allowed with an extra charge on the spot. Hlistići are a village just 2 km from the municipality of Tinjan. Tinjan is the most active during October, when the municipality hosts an International Fair of prosciutto.

Entspannter Familienurlaub

Ruhig gelegenes perfektes Haus für 8 Personen. Ausreichend Platz und Möglichkeiten sich zurück zu ziehen. Für Spaß und Unterhaltung ist gesorgt. Die Räume sind praktisch und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Grundlegend ist alles notwendige vorhanden. Nette Nachbarn in einem charmanten Örtchen.

Ruhige lage

Alles klimatisiert und alles da was man braucht. In 20 Minuten erreicht man Porec. Einkaufen 4 km entfernt Sehr nette Gastgeber

Ruhig gelegenes großes Haus

Alles war wie beschrieben. Das Haus war sehr sauber, es gab für jeden Raum außer im Bad eine Klimaanlage. Die gegen war ziemlich ab vom Schuss man kommt mit dem Auto aber schnell überall hin. Wenn aus dem Haus geht kann man es sogar mittels einer Alarmanlage sichern. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und die Kommunikation hat auch relativ gut geklappt nachdem wir (vermutlich mit der Tochter des Besitzers) englisch reden konnten. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden auch Wieder hinfahren.

Toller Urlaub

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in Tinjan. Das Haus war etwas abgelegen und es war sehr ruhig, aber gerade das wollten wir. Die Kids haben den großen Pool geliebt und den Billard Tisch. Im großen und ganzen hatten wir alles was wir brauchten. Ein paar Auflieger für die Sonnenliegen haben gefehlt und die Handtücher. mussten zwischendurch gewaschen werden weil es zu wenig waren. Für unsere Verhältnisse hätte es etwas sauberer in der Küche sein können. Aber alles andere war super. Am Meer ist man in 25 min. Die Vermieter sind sehr Freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank für die schöne Auszeit.
