Villa Angelina with Pool near Rovinj

Welcome to Villa Angelina. Our house consists of a fully equipped modern kitchen, dining room, two bedrooms, living room and two bathrooms. The living area leads directly to the covered terrace with a view of the countryside. The terrace has a large table with chairs. One bedroom with an ensuite bathroom is on the ground floor, which also has direct access to the terrace and the swimming pool of 24 m2. On the first floor there is another bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a small roof terrace. In the living room there is a sofa bed, which invites you to cosy TV evenings. The rental price includes the use of internet, bed linen and towels. Two private parking spaces are located in the fully fenced courtyard. The villa is centrally located in southwestern Istria, on the outskirts of the village of Brajkovići and is surrounded by a large stone wall. Only 3 minutes from the house is the nature reserve Limski Fjord with two excellent fish restaurants and a pier from which wonderful boat trips start. In the immediate distance from the villa there is also a pizzeria and a restaurant with local specialties.
