Apartment Lipovica (50m2) consists of a spacious living room with couch for 2 additional persons, a bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with a bathtub. Air conditioning, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are included in the price. You can relax and enjoy your days in the Mediterranean garden behind the house. Free parking is available in the garage, just across the street from the apartment. Close to the apartment is a beautiful sea promenade named Lungomare and multiple nice beaches. Around 500 m from the apartment are a supermarket, a post office, banks, shops, bars, restaurants, beauty salons, wellness, fitness, tennis, a blue flag beach for children and adults. cinema (open air theatre), jet skis, kayaks, boats, cars, taxi boat, glass boat, organized excursions by boat and bus.
